Pogba wants to leave for his career. Agent is a cnut but lets be honest with where we are as a club.

We are at the same place we were when he decided to join us. I guess he was thinking about his career too when he decided to leave Juve after a Champions League final to join a team that scrapped qualification to the Europa League.

true, wonder if that is why nobody is linked with him. Is the kind of player that will always boil over at some point, liek Keane and Gattuso, but thats part of the reason I like him that utter desire, obviously not to the point of spitting. Id think he would be no more and probably less cost wise, than as an example Longstaff and also think we so need more this type of player as no player with fire in our side at all, which is part of the problem. We are missing a Keane, Butt, Heinze, Tevez, Rooney that can lift the crowd and side not just from abillity but desire to hunt down the ball

Agree wholeheartedly that we need to I ject some bite into this side, they're all just so lackluster, passive.

And that has to be the reason nobody is in for him. Fantastic player at a relegated side? Should be an absolute bargain, I can only imagine clubs are worried about his attitude.

Personally I'm so conflicted! Everyone makes mistakes, if he was remorseful then I think id take the risk personally. Always nice to have a cnut of your own to support.

Lemina is a talented player with a potentially high ceiling. He’s just lacking any kind of consistency. Eighteen million isn’t an absurd risk for a player who could yet flourish in a top club.

Oh, he is. That much is obvious. Stop trying to pretend he's doing it to keep lower league fans updated. The tweet notification was a great feature, now it's being ruined by irrelevant tweets from a WUM. Might aswell allow old tweets also.
The only reason he is a WUM is because you guys are are making him out to be one. If you ignore him then this wouldn't be a problem. Are you used to getting things just the way you want it everywhere you go in life? This is the transfer forum, not the united forum. People can post transfer related tweets here as long as it's from recognized sources. If you don't like what's posted here, make your own transfer thread or get out. It's as simple as that.

Every signing we make now is a risk and if we don't get the required quality in and just go for even more squad players then it could ruin the team for years to come. City can afford the odd risky signing because they have a fabulous squad already, but we cannot, City however would not make this sort of signing. They sign Rodri.

Always liked Lemina when I've watched him, not sure he's United level, but he is definitely a tidy player. If he could step up a level coming to United I'd be happy to take the risk given the relatively low fee.

He would be relatively cheap, as they got relegated. No more than 15m IMO.

I like him too, could play the role Herrera did for us. Offensively he is a bit too basic though, not as good as Herrera, but he has the aggression and tackling/reading of the game. Think the spitting hurt his reputation and his season wasnt as good as the first one. Goes for anyone in the team though, also Pavard.

I would love if we went for him, but i dont see it. He will either stay or move to a midtable club somewhere.

Yeah he won the Europa League and then two years later we are still in the Europa League. He is wasting his time.

The amount of people moaning about others posting transfer tweets. Can we close this thread completely, we have transfer tweet thing only and due people being all high and mighty, looking down on news related to teams/leagues they see not worth of their time or scroll down movement, they can move their discussions to specific players thread they are interested in.

Agree, 120 mill gives us enough money to replace him while we also get a very good young player in Cabellos

Dont know why we want an only cash deal when we cant get a midfielder in :wenger:

We wont get a better/talented one than Ceballos anyway. That is if it s true, you never know though.

He is probably too talented though, we want Lemina/Bakayoko to cement our Europa League position.

People moaning about the moaners.

So Caf!! :lol::lol:

I don’t understand why we would accept a castoff as positive equity in any deal with Madrid (or Juve for that matter).

It’s like us being quoted £100m for Jadon Sandro and offering £70m plus Sanchez. We would have to offer say £120 plus Sanchez as he has negative equity.

If I was Woodward I would generate a list of players and their value and offer that to Madrid/Juve and say if they want to p/x then great, if not then pay the full amount.

Isn't Ceballos the kid who impressed in the U21s and proceeded to sign for Madrid and look bang average? Not surprised they are looking to move him on.

But the offer is too good to be true IMO, they know how good he is and were against selling him.

Cabellos isn’t equivalent to Sanchez though. He was, till recently regarded as the best young CM in Spain

Maybe for Pogba they would include him, he is after all Zidane's wet dream midfielder. They dont have so much money and know we need midfielders, i dont think it would be impossible.

Not playing enough and getting a few minutes here and there in an underperforming team can make any player look bang average. He’s very talented and IMO worth the risk
