Mourinho caused it. If he had bought some proper players to play with Pogba we wouldn't have been in this situation.

Is this some sort of parody post. Hurr durr Mourinho caused it hurr durr.

It's true. We are three years into the rebuild that started when Mourinho came and nowhere closer to winning and now entering another rebuild. Pogba won't be going if we were challenging for the titles. All the internal stuff would've been irrelevant.

Who was previous Schalke manager? I thought he was doing quite well..

There maybe some non obvious players to sign in Barca/Madrid fire sale, Rakitic?
Tedesco. They're in 15th place and we're on a 7 game losing streak when he was sacked

Will be interesting to see just how long we take to get going on the market this year. With the big overhaul that is needed one would think we would want as many players as quickly as possible.

More concerned about actually binning players we want out. That, if anything, shows if we’ve improved in the transfer side.

Took an eon to get rid of players unwanted in previous seasons (or didn’t at all in some cases).

I'd be pretty happy with that purchase: quick, direct, young, and hungry.

£15m seems a decent price for young British talent from an ever improving league

Ha! feck sake, won't happen now. Silly season has officially started

£8M is thought to be the initial fee, a couple of years ago. Bonuses would probably get it up to £10M or so I guess and that was for a full back.

Robertson was a steal for that money. I hope Daniel James does the same for us.

Man Utd close in on Morata
Man Utd close in on Gundogan
Man Utd close in on Benatia

All these title have been reported by Skysports before.

This Naveen Ullal dude always shits on our transfer hopes :(
Who was that BBC journo who was constantly ruling out the Sniejder Move ?
Ullals abit like him.

I hope we do sign James, though.Looks a good talent and mentally he looks determined to succeed.

Yep. Though he too is a tier 4 / tier 5 journo (writes for Sport Witness and Marca) so now we have two unreliable sources contradicting each other. SILLY SEASON HAS BEGUN

Edit:

Though this guy is usually more reliable..

Sport Witness are usually on the ball. Generally pride themselves on cutting through the bullshit

SW are translators for feck sake. They're neither reliable or a source since that's not what they are regardless of how far ahead of themselves they get.

Are they? Reddit lists them as a tier 5 aggregator source. Have they upped their game recently?
Reddit tiers are a load of bollocks. Either way, as @cyberman says, they're just translators. They just take foreign news and translate them, for that they're reliable.

David Anderson with the mirror saying Swansea and James happy with offer and basically done, info is definitely coming from somewhere
