Ah, the new Sarri-ball is

1
2
7 Can, Matuidi, Pjanic, Bentancur, Rabiot, Khedira, Ndombele
1

Right? But he needs Pogba to go 1181

To be fair with Ronaldo as the 1 that might actually work :nervous:

Replace Khedira with a more creative player and give it a go

Looks like ol' Poggy will be sulking at OT all season then. If the Bruno rumours are true we better fecking hope a world beating DM is on our list or we're in trouble with Matic/McTominay holding fort behind that pair. Especially if Pog is as disinterested as we suspect he will be.

Did Real Madrid strike oil or something?

They have money, and I think they are already working counting the money of a new contract with Adidas, but it is all pure speculation.
The signings they have made correspond to the previous fiscal period, so they really still have room for maneuver (Although I would totally obviate the FFP).
Kovacic, Llorente and Theo are already close to 100 million, and they are still going to sell much more.

Seeing both Ziyech & Rabiot going elsewhere on this page seriously has me wondering what we are doing.

2 players of that calibre available for €30mil + competitive wages is a no brainier in my book.

I’m genuinely becoming less and less enthused by this club daily. I just don’t see an institution trying to win or gain competitive advantages with any savvy.

It’s going to be a long long season.

according to the reliable Guinean journalist Sega Diallo.
Pepe's heart is at the premierleague (England) no further details.

. Palace trying to add sell on clause was hilarious.
Yeah, that's kind of crazy and it shows that we are viewed by many as a selling club now.

Only way this clause makes sense is if Palace think AWB will be hugely successful but we as a team won't and may end up selling him. Or they were just trying to flex unnecessarily right at the end of the deal. :D

People complaining we are not in for Rabiot. How do you know we didn’t try? Maybe we did and he just doesn’t fancy us especially without CL.

10% is nothing anyway. If Dalot becomes good enough that we can sell Wan Bissaka for over £50 million we already won.

10% of over 50m is a nothing clause.. if he is good, he isnt going.. If he isnt, I cant see him going for a lot over 50m..

edit: and apparently he is on ~80k. and a 6 year contract.. If he is a total disaster, no way we get 50m back.. if not, he is definitely signing an extension/new contract in a couple of years.. He is locked in for 6-8 years if he is any decent....

Rooney had one too and we were the biggest club when we signed him. It's not uncommon to have sell on clause.

Gonna have to disagree with this, he’s a couple months from 22, would probably renew in what- 3 years time? I don’t think that won’t happen, but if he gets a new 3 or 5 year deal towards the end of that he could be really good. We could move him on at that point if we have someone younger we want to sign (19-21 range) and could sell a great fullback for more than that. Would like to see him grow and play here for a long long time.

I agree with you. If I was in his position and I had no affinity towards either club, I would definitely chose Juve over us. They’re in a great position structurally, have a great squad, and are highly likely to win trophies in the next few years.

Still wish he was coming to us though.

I thought the prem league was minted. With Arsenal with a budget of 40 and us at 100 and foreign clubs blowing everyone out the water with transfers it sure doesn't look like it.
