Good back-up,decent hardworking pro and one of few players who generally enjoy playing for us.
I would put Tielesmans in the Wijnaldum category. Not amazing,he's not going to 'wow' you but he would go to some way in making the team tick and his transitional play,from defence to offence, is quite decent.

He's a top bloke but I'd put him in the same category as Young on the field as he doesn't really offer much as a starter of off the bench. Just don't get why we've used up our resources to keep him here.

Out of all those, Mata is the one I'm least annoyed about. It's fine if he's depth, maybe starting some easier cup matches.
