Plus 200k per week minimum times 4 years = £42m. Total cost = £67m
You remind me of shit newspapers like DM who constantly write shite like that, adding wages, hotel rent, dog food and whatever else just for the number to look as big as possible.

More than happy to take that TBH. Koulibaly would cost that much in just the transfer fee. God knows what we've offered De Ligt in Wages and neither of them are a sure thing in the PL. I'd rather get a short term fix for the CB position with Toby and spend that money on CM, RW, RB and CF.

:lol: We're the only team who pay wages, rest just pay transfer fee and have the player play for free.

Have you seen all our deadwood? Not to mention the £67m total figure is a bargain compared to what we would be quoted for Koulibaly/De Ligt just in transfer fees.

Remarkable deal.

Should have got him last summer.

No, I've merely added wages - and minimum wage demands at that. Not every potential signing will want at least £200k per week. And not every potential signing is already 30 years old.

This information is a useful counter-balance to claims of "only" £25m for Toby.

It's not really because Koulibaly/De Ligt would likely be coming on 200k per week wages anyway.

Koulibaly is 3 years younger yes, but we would have to pay £60m+ more in transfer fees compared to Alderweireld.

Less discussion lads. Only two tweets on the last page.

For the above source apparently he's someone who is super reliable for AC Milan. Why he's decided to report on this I'm not sure but an AC Milan fan on reddit had the following to say about him:
FYI: Pietro is Tier 1 for Milan news and doesn’t usually report much in terms of names/prices, first time he’s reporting a team which isn’t Milan. He’s someone who is extremely careful about what he writes.

Saying that he did post it a day ago

All this tier 1 and tier 2 stuff is really embarrassing and cringey as feck. Where did this all come from?

I believe everything on the Internet

Done Dealio

Please woodward, stay away from fernandes aka Mata 2.0.

He is too old to improve and not good enought for his national team.

Please, splash the cash on ndombele, partey, dybala and try to get rabiot for free.

City pulled out because he is weak on the ball, we should avoid him as well.

He is not great going forward. Hopefully we have a capable RW. We need also someone who can a flipped ball. It crazy how we have no single player who can whip in a ball except our strikers who need the ball to be crossed.

Honestly think AWB would make a good right sided CB in a 3,which could be one of the reasons Pep may be interested.
I'd have thought he'd be better in a kante style midfield role with his ace and tackling stats. In reality of course we won't be spending a big was on a player and then playing him out of position.

I hope this one happens but Sky know feck all so probably fake news
it's an easy link for journalists to establish, after all. We need a RB and apparently covet young British players, so linking us with AWB makes sense.

that being said, I hope it happens too.
