It's clear Sancho is our prime target for the RW spot and he's not coming earlier than next summer. If I have to choose between Bale and Mata for a season, I'd take Bale all day long. And if Madrid cover some of his wages I'd say it's a pretty good deal.

I would imagine it's actually far fewer and fairly big amounts. I don't think Chelsea would be happy to be drip fed what is a far closer fee to what they probabaly wanted and real will happily pay the additional, should they win the league and have a good CL campaign.
