It's a decent upgrade yes but kovacic is a loan deal for one season and both these guys are coming into a new league. Bakayoko had a lot of hype last season as well and we all saw what happened. Calling this upgrade big time is pushing it

I think Zouma will come good. He has immense talent. I don't believe we're really in for him and he wouldn't strengthen our ability to push for major titles this season but as one to strengthen our options for the future I like him as a good buy low candidate.
