Definitely.

And we weren’t in for him because we blew our Belgian midfield afro quota on his mate.
******* Moyes...

Still can't believe that year happened in United's history. We were still in the spell of Fergie and just couldn't think/react to what happened next year.

But why does he keep ending up down there having to get out again? Can get a team out but can't keep them out

His records says otherwise. Sunderland were midtable with him, Wigan also. Both clubs tried to become something they weren’t, sacked him, and then got relegated.

"A bid of more than £60m from Spurs would make things interesting, although Telegraph Sport understands the United hierarchy are not ready to give up on Martial and want to give him another season under Mourinho to see whether he can reignite his career."

maybe if Levy wasn't such a cock with the sale of his players, he might not face such situations when attempting to sign players from the clubs he's been a cock with.

This is hilarious

So Di Marzio tells Benzema's agent that he should change jobs after Benzema's agent mocked the idea of Benzema moving to Milan with a laughing emoticon(I'm presuming that Di Marzio thinks Benz is leaving to perhaps Milan)

And now Benzema tells Di Marzio that he's the one who should change jobs

60m for Martial and they want 75m for Alderweireld. Go feck yourself Levy.

I never get the Levy love.

He gets good deals for his players but he's awful at bringing players in. He leaves everything to the last minute and penny pinches leaving an Spurs short of top quality and depth. And like you say, being a nightmare to buy from can lead to resentment from others.

Levy messed up Spurs when they had a great team with Modric, Bale, VDV etc. He got very, very lucky that Pochettino cleaned up Villas Boas' mess by working well with cheap buys and acadamy players. Now they're struggling in my opinion, every signing they make over a certain amount ends up being pretty terrible and the bargains have stopped.

That's why they'll win feck all. For as good as Levy is at squeezing a penny until the Queen goes cross-eyed, shit like this is always going to take them to a certain point.

You should probably update yourself on the situation. He called their bluff and agent admitted it was true

This has put Marizio as the uncontested ITK GOAT

A 100m player would have gotten more minutes than Lingard and Rashford last season. So no, he isn't a 100m player (unless Spurs ask for him), let's be realistic. I'd rather keep Martial than sell him but that's more down to talent and potential rather than what he's done on the pitch for some time.

Really?

:lol::lol::lol:

Never mind then.

Edit: Ah just saw Di Marzio's update on this. Just had to scroll down the page on r/soccer to see it. Whoops.

If Chelsea want £60m for Willian, no reason why Martial isn't worth £90m (100m euros as per the article).

All these journos posting one after another that Martial gonna stay for another year means there has been a briefing.

:wenger:
Clear briefing. But, Castles with somewhat of the opposite news that. Interesting whether it's reliable or not.

Castles story is along the lines of what others have been told, United want to keep him for another year but offer of €100m+ might persuade them to cash in.
