Not transfer tweet but Howson being saying on his transfer review that Pogba 80% to go to Barca. He says that people from inside the club have told him, he rarely says transfer stuff and looks worried? Could be utter crap and probably is but he rarely says things about transfer stuff from inside the club. It would tie in with these strange stories of him going back to Juve and offered to City earlier in the year. I doubt a deal like this could happen so late on in the window without the . Anyway just saying, oh and don't shoot the messenger. Not that I believe it but wouldn't 100% rule it out.
Won't shoot the messenger but I'd love to shoot the liars making this stuff up. Can't think of anything negative to say about Pogba after his world cup performances so instead they start with this "Pogba wants out" bullshit. When a friend mentioned this Pogba to Barcelona rumour to me today I told him he can punch me full power straight on the nose if it happens.

Ah yes the classic 'let's not make it public knowledge, as the price will increase' line, yet dropping said line to a journalist for him to paste on Twitter. Great logic.
at least it's better than the "money or pep" rubbish that we've had shoved down our throats by every media outlet who has ever visited city. They're becoming more advanced but you can guarantee that as soon as city miss another target then about 50 different journos will run to their defence saying that they were "priced out of a move" or they "thought that the wage demands were too high, so backed out". I'm calling it now

He played 3 very good games on the WC for Belgium, probably the reason teams are interested.

Didn’t really notice him tbh. I would watch a bit of Celtic and I can safely say he hasn’t been very good in the SPL, which really is saying something.

Fecking hilarious. That’s what you get for paying £50,000,000 for Stones

Jose would pay that in a heartbeat if he was available (and has tried to in the past). United are crying out for a CB as good as him on the ball to link up with the midfield.

No we wouldnt. Lindelöf is here. There are better CBs out there on the ball than him, who also manage to defend better. De Ligt and Pavard to name two. We seem to want an experienced one, like Alderweireld.

I don't watch SPL, so I'm going to have to believe you. ;) He was a bit of a revelation in the national team, while Kompany was injured. Wouldn't have minded if he kept his position when Kompany was back.

I'm not a big fan of Howson but he's the last guy to be negative about Pogba, in fact it could be argued he's biased in the other direction. Whoever inside the club is telling him the Pogba stuff may be wrong but I don't think Howson himself is making it up.

Bale cant be the only good option available? If so, I rest my case.

My point is Malcom is a good player and his season was good enough to take a gamble on him. If you want players that are further ahead in their development or are more mature, as you say, there aren't many. Thauvin, Felipe Anderson and Mahrez would have been realistic. I'd rather take a look on the talented players, who are younger, since Mahrez and Felipe Anderson have already signed for other teams, or switch to a system withouth wingers.

He was a good talent when he broke into the City team as a youngster but I feel he somewhat lost his way. Don’t get me wrong, he’s not bad but I don’t feel he’s Lazio / Lyon level.

Richarlison will be a good signing. He’s got real potential.
