Yeah, I think so. One similar deal that comes to mind is us signing Andy Kellett on loan from Bolton a few years ago for our youth team. At the same time we loaned Saidy Janko to them who had some appearances in their first team.
Bayern and Dallas have a cooperation. The player isn't allowed to play in MLS yet, so the teams agreed to him spending next season on loan in Bayern's youth team to gain experience.
I like him. He is surprisingly good with the ball for a man of his height, decent range of passes and a real threat for the opposition at corners and freekicks. He did not develop as much as I had hoped for when he joined Gladbach from Bremen, but I think his style of defending might suit the PL. For the price, I think it is an excellent move.
Also, regarding Denmark: The two in fron of him are Simon Kjaer (captain and veteran defender) and Christensen (arguably one of the best if not the best young CB in the world), so not his fault.

I watched De Brun's latest video. Virtually no transfer news, says we are 'looking' for a right winger but no progress with anyone. Says we want Sandro and he thinks it will happen with Darmian going the other way. Also says we want Blind to leave and Smalling. Says Mourinho only has 3 unsellable players (but that he doesn't know who they are) and United would consider offers for everyone else in the squad.
Most of the video was about how bad things are behind the scenes. He says Mourinho and Woodward don't have a good relationship and Mourinho is angry again about the lack of progress with both sales and purchases. He also says Mourinho has a bad relationship with a lot of players and because of this, and our continually poor recruitment, that we will have a bad season and Mourinho will be gone by January.
It's not worth watching. The only interesting claim was that United want Smalling to leave which sounds insane to me considering he is our best centre back. I know a lot of people think he's a bullshitter but he's gotten a decent amount of things right before imo.

Even when Denmark went with 3 at the back they played Jorgensen instead who I thought was particularly poor against Croatia. I never expected him to be a 18m defender but Southampton usually find treasure in someone else's trash so I'd be eager to see how he does.

To be fair, Jose having a meltdown in his 3rd season and leaving us before the end of the season isn't the most wild prediction ever. Would anyone truly be shocked if that happened?
that is true... I still think he might be very good in the PL. I will be eager to watch, especially because he ruled for me two years ago in a Bundesliga football manager

things do feel a little kind of stifled around Utd at the moment. I don’t doubt Jose isn’t getting on with some players. A fair few of them have let him down in one way or another and we’ve won feck all and made huge investment. I can see why he’d be frustrated and I can also see why certain players would have a problem with him. The truth is we were winning nothing with the squad LVG left behind either way. Who would replace Jose if he has a bad season? There aren’t too many managers of Jose’s talent out there.

Luckily no one really believes we will be winning the league next year. Even if we sign Sandro and Willian for example I'd still bet money on City winning it.

I think the difference even if we have a disaster season which I hope we don’t is that should mourinho leave he will leave a squad capable of winning under the right man whereas the two predecessors left a mess
It makes no sense that Mourinho would want to get rid of a player he was starting ahead of a healthy Bailly, Lindelof, and Rojo at the end of the season.

I'm not shocked, but I thought he'd end up at West Ham. I had a feeling he wouldn't go to one of the big boys.
He was also linked with West Ham yesterday and Dortmund.
Decent move for all concerned. He gets to bed in at a team that plays nice football without all the pressure of being a big signing and if it works he gets a big transfer next season too.
Seri is hugely overrated. Fulham is his level IMO. Fancy dan player but no real substance. Isn't he also effected by the cold badly?
With his health issues, wouldn't be surprised if that's another reason the bigger clubs held off.
He isn't at an age to bed, it's probably over for a big transfer.
