If it's more hot and cold from Pogba then I can see this scenario possibly next summer but still seems a long shot.

PSG are restricted in how much they can spend this summer because of the ridiculous amount of money they spent last summer window, I think. No club is willing to spend the amount of money required to get Pogba.
