In this market, Pjaca going for €40m + Sturaro and/or Madragora for €15m each (or Rugani for €30m) + €35-50m cash make the €105m Lotito wants, all spread over 4-5 years for accounting convenience. If Lotito gets your lump €80m sum, he must spend it in full this same year to avoid paying taxes on the capital gain.
