So they beat us to his signature. Great narrative.
So who will miss out to accommodate him in the side?So they beat us to his signature. Great narrative.
For half the price too. TypicalSo they beat us to his signature. Great narrative.
Matic.
Dodgy deals. How are they getting these players for so 'cheap'? £35m isn't a lot these days especially for a in form prospect like Bakayoko.
Think most said he wasn't the one we needed. We were never going to buy him.
Fwiw I don't think they've got him, but if they did it'd be Matic. He'd complement Kante very well imo. Better than he'd complement Pogba I think. So who will miss out to accommodate him in the side?
Do you know anyone we're looking at signing? We were never going to buy him.
Who are we buying besides Griezmann? We were never going to buy him.
Of course. It's mere speculation United were interested. It's mere speculation Chelsea have already signed him.
Agreed. It's mere speculation United were interested. It's mere speculation Chelsea have already signed him.
He's a good prospect but not the top one. There is no hype/expectation for him to reach the World XI or Best player in the world thus little commercial value. The price is about right considering the market but no way it's cheapHow are they getting these players for so 'cheap'? £35m isn't a lot these days especially for a in form prospect like Bakayoko.
@rponline is the account of Rheinische Post (RP) and belongs to the more reliable sources. Early this year, Spox reported to have sources which claim Dahoud wants to move within the Bundesliga and IIRC BILD claimed BVB would be in pole position to sign him. BILD also reported an exit clause of €10-12m which RP now dismisses.
RP dismisses the very existence of an exit clause. BILD as you might know is not very reliable, okay for some clubs and agents but very poor for others. I'm more inclined to believe RP, i.e. as Dahoud's contract with Gladbach expires in 2018.Does his release clause only activate this summer? Otherwise, there would have been a good few clubs paying it last summer and this winter window.
What has Dahoud to do with Weigl? Dortmund dont need to think about replacing Weigl, as he is going to stay at least until 2019. Dahoud is no holding mid, but a creative box2box like Gündogan and he ll play alongside Weigl.Dortmund replacing Weigl early. Great business as usual.
Okay makes sense. I wouldn't be surprised if he does end up at Dortmund for very little, as Dortmund tend to regularly get quality young players on the cheap.RP dismisses the very existence of an exit clause. Nothing beats the laughable English nonsense media spouting BS all day every day and compared to that, Bild are like the New York Times.RP dismisses the very existence of an exit clause. Oh you can tell the future can you? Who are you, Nostradamus or something? What has Dahoud to do with Weigl? Dortmund dont need to think about replacing Weigl, as he is going to stay at least until 2019. Dahoud is no holding mid, but a creative box2box like Gündogan and he ll play alongside Weigl.
Oh the irony!Oh you can tell the future can you? Who are you, Nostradamus or something?
Those jokes just flew straight over your head didn't they.Oh the irony!
See @Nostradamus' post.Dortmund replacing Weigl early. Great business as usual.
RP reports / estimates €20-30m which I wouldn't consider cheap for a lad of his age, experience and talent with one year of contract left.Okay makes sense. I wouldn't be surprised if he does end up at Dortmund for very little, as Dortmund tend to regularly get quality young players on the cheap.
There's some truth to your assessment! Which doesn't bode well for English outlets, considering how much fiction BILD spreads. But I'm sure you agree with me that we'll see Weigl muppets on the Caf until the very last second of the summer 2017 transfer window.Nothing beats the laughable English nonsense media spouting BS all day every day and compared to that, Bild are like the New York Times.
It's about his market value tbf. If you get him, I can see you dropping that price further though.RP reports / estimates €20-30m which I wouldn't consider cheap for a lad of his age, experience and talent with one year of contract left.
Well, seeing as Cech is their obvious weakness, and their midfield and defence is otherwise sorted, this makes sense.
White text.
I'm not Spanish but they've had a bunch of proposed transfers that didn't happen. Probably -2Question to the Caf's Spanish residents: How do you rate the reliability of Sport on a scale from -3 (fiction) to +3 (very reliable)?
Thanks!
Thx anyway.I'm not Spanish but they've had a bunch of proposed transfers that didn't happen. Probably -2
