PSG doesn't recruit the most expensive players at every position. A free/cheap midfielder used to high level and competition of a top could be useful.

Icardi will go there it seems. Hazard is supposedly not signing a new deal with chelsea for now. Kepa they have almost signed,Asensio, ceballos, kovacic are potentially great players.
They do lack a galactico, but they seemed to have stopped that policy and are going for exciting young players. I think barca's time will be back in the league atleast.

Bale will leave and I think they realise Benzema isn't good enough anymore. They could quite easily end up with Hazard, Lewandowski or players of that quality.

I can totally see them going all out for Kane and Delli Alli and they may have Bale return to Spurs if they don't get Hazard. Neymar would be difficult.
Don’t get the Mahrez hype. He’s not overrated, not underrated, but just rated.
Has been available for a number of transfer windows and wasn’t moved for whatever reason. Guess that speaks for itself. Way I see it, he’s the best RW option for some teams atm who are eager to get a RW. If they want one ASAP, they’ll settle for Mahrez. He’s definitely not a world beater but good enough to get the job done. Other teams will hold out, be patient and look for a better quality RW than him in the Summer.
Unless we have got someone better than Mahrez lined up, this would piss me off. Liverpool have already got Salah at right wing - and that's one of our weak positions.

If Liverpool get Mahrez and Van Dijk in the Jan window, Ed Woodward and Mourinho don't deserve to be managing United since they haven't addressed our weaknesses. Liverpool were playing great football without Coutinho this season and if they were to go and get Mahrez, it would be a slap on our faces considering he's the player we actually need on the RW. I swear since SAF left, this club is going to the dogs.

He plays same position as salah and it is also a position mane and Chamberlain play. It is a good signing but unless they change formation, it is not a like for like as creativity of coutinho cant be replaced by mahrez's play.
Of course it is on ed. Jose is "just" a manager. He many times explained how things work. He gives a list to ed and then it is all on ed
