I see nothing remotely tempting in that for PSG.If Ronaldo goes to City, he would be tarnishing his legend status at United. Not to mention, Fergie would be very disappointed who is his father figure in football. If Ronaldo does not go to United, I could see him move to PSG. CR7 and 80m for Neymar could tempt PSG and Neymar. PSG have fashioned themselves as a team capable of winning the CL, which would be a huge temptation for for CR7 and it would be easy to score goals like what Neymar's been doing. Can you imagine CR7 going to PSG and creating a goal record for PSG like he did at Real? He still has a good 5 years left to perform in a ligue 1.

Not sure they’d go for him, but who knows with them any more. If they did though then I have no doubt that he’d agree to join them, I’m firmly of the view that he doesn’t give a toss about us so that wouldn’t be a factor in his career decisions, like it hasn’t been up to this point.Wouldn't surprise me if he went to City for a couple of years.

However if he leaves Real then I expect PSG will be the one. But I don’t think he leaves Real at all.
Yep agreed. Also I've asked this before, but am still astounded how the stadium is so packed with such high attendances - who knew Atlanta of all places was a football-crazy city?! What is it based on?Being backed by a very successful business / NFL owner gave us the financial backing to hit the ground hard. Add in the largest stadium in the league and being able to fill the seats gave us a great advantage for a start up franchise. I’m looking forward to the games against TFC. The last match was great, think it will be a good rivalry going forward and one that will only help the sport here in the States/Canada.
Manchester does not want Cristiano

But why Atlanta specifically that's what I don't get. Other teams / stadiums / fan bases are at a fraction of the number despite being around for so much longer...So many kids love and play futbol in the States. Parents love it too. The access to premiere league on TV is huge as well in my humble opinion. I have good friends in Atlantas that are diehard Chelsea and Dipper fans. they are eating it up. It's very cool.

The last thing PSG needs at the moment is more goals, so Cristiano doesn't bring much to the equation while losing Neymar's creativity would be huge.CR7 is very marketable even at that age and it's not like he completely forgot how to play football. PSG are trying to establish themselves as a global brand. Hence, the transfer of Neymar. But Real come calling and they could get CR7 and money, it would be a pretty good deal. If Perez tries and convinces Neymar, Neymar will do anything to move out and it's not like he's playing in a great league. All what Neymar wanted was to be out of Messi's shadow. At Madrid, he'll be playing for 11 time CL winners and he would love to shove it in the faces of the Barcelona officials. So more than PSG, it would be tempting for Neymar.
Jose, you shoul be focusing on the game!
Mendez, get the f*** out of Manchester!
What is he doing there?
DDG?
When we end up with Neymar at that price won't you look the fool.Should these lot not be blacklisted? They said we'd pay PSG 440M for Neymar
Don't see him leaving and glad we're not in. Frankly, had he left even last season, he'd have been in a fantastic position to get his demands met. This time around, he's just past the point where any club would have him. The marketing upsides are just not worth the amounts he'd command in transfer fee + agent fee + wages. Also, his image rights deals are structured in a way that the club doesn't earn all that quickly. Unless he's willing to take a substantial trim on the payments (which he won't be, since that's the reason he's moving), he's pretty much set to stay there now.First boom of the window?
Good decision though. If he's really leaving Real (heh), wonder where he'll end up?
(The same Marca story):
- The arrival of Alexis Sanchez will put an end to any plans of bringing Cristiano Ronaldo back to Old Trafford.
- Mourinho does not have any plans to consider a move for Gareth Bale either due to concerns about his injury record and the high cost of the deal.
That's exactly why I'm a Jose fan, he's moving the club in the right direction with his signings and he's a winner. People might not enjoy watching his style of football but as soon as he's got the squad to where he wants it, I think we'll be watching the attacking style of football we do want to see as the defence will be holding its own.I know a lot of people aren’t Jose’s biggest fans, but his signings and squad building has been impeccable since joining us. I mean even his biggest signing failure is turning into a brilliant move as it’s getting us Sanchez.

How can it that his transfers have been impeccable, if he wants to swap the player he bought for another player? Take off your tinted glasses m8.
That's absurd. His claim has no credibility whatsoever. 22.5m euros per year AFTER tax? That's £19.84m net, which means paying Sanchez £37.5m gross (more than £720k per week). That's far more than Neymar, Messi or indeed any other player in the world is paid.
We are not paying Sanchez £720k per week.
Messi gets €100m per year, so nope.
