Adnan is just not good enough these days for a forum like RedCafe anymore. His performances have dropped massively, he's way too slow with the updates and I've got the feeling his contributions in the summer were just a fluke.

Can we bring in a transfer muppet from RAWK to replace him please? I'm lobbying for JohnnoWhite. While we're at it, let's see if we get a few of their poets as well.

I think we should send him out on loan to a mid-table forum, maybe like www.toffeetalk.com/ to get some more experience without the pressure of having to perform at the highest level constantly.

If Raphael Varane is on the market for just 19m then every top club would be after him, not that I believe for one moment that Madrid want to sell.

Really happy about this. He is TFC's best defender and a Canadian international. I think he will surprise a lot of people in the premier league. He is a strong player and an excellent defender - and only 21 years old. This is much better than him going to bloody Cyprus.

I don't think I've ever seen Juve spend more than £20 million on a player. So the chances of them signing Falcao are slim to none.

Sinclair was pretty solid at Swansea. Signed for City for no reason whatsoever beside money, and perhaps because City needed someone to qualify for the home grown rule. He went on loan to Birmingham last year and did very little. Seems like a broken player, perfect for Villa

It was West Brom he went on loan to wasn't it? Definitely didn't drop down to the Championship.

Any news on Strootman. And how he's been playing after returning from injury ?
Don't think he's doing too well from what I'm hearing. Hasn't he only completed one 90mins since been back? Def one for the summer, that's if we are still interested

They have bought quiet a few expensive players in the past actually but the Serie A is not what it used to be so I agree that they probably can't afford Falcao.

Buffon €52,8 million
Thuram €41,8 million
Nedved €41,2 million
Emerson €28 million
Diego €27 million
Di Vaio €26 million
Salas €25 million
Melo €25million
Trézéguet €23 million
Amauri €22.8 million
Morata €20 million
Viera €20 million

It was Inter, who were in the race.
Was it? I read Juventus in the Shaqiri thread but anyway, i feel he would choose Liverpool over Inter any day but a Juve Liverpool fight for his signature would be tricky.

He could also be a bargain for us but i'm not sure LvG rates him.

The fact that Juventus pop up like that, makes me think that even Di Marzio knows little, yesterday he said that it was between Inter and Liverpool.

Yeah, can't see Juventus stumping up the cash for Falcao. The italians, even Juve seem to have a hard time paying for players that cost some money.

He's been saying all along it was between us, Juventus and Inter. Only recently has he stated that Juventus have dropped out.

I missed the Juventus part, then. :)

You've a great chance if Juventus have pulled out, Inter are a midtable club in a crap league nowadays.
