Fairly standard answer, and tbf the president has answered that question pretty clearly.
Much as i'd like him he isn't exactly as good as some people seem to think he is, factor in his injury, and i'd say anything over £20-£25 million would be too much and they won't take that, so rather we went for someone else.
I think they will take that if Strootman push for the move. Something like Benatia did.

Yes he is still Roma fan as he said that in one of the recent interview but as soon as Bayern came he wanted to move to Bayern.

I'm more worried about Chelsea or City signing Pjanic. He's a top 5 midfielder on current form.
I dont think Chelsea would sign Pjanic now that they have Cesc but Real bought both Kroos and Modric and it seems to be working out ok
