They don't need a striker that only scores 2 goals a season. It's a good move for everyone. Danny gets playing time and Arsenal get a striker who isn't quite there yet.
He'd score a lot more there.

RVP needs surgery and it's a loan deal so it's not that bad actually, quite the opposite.

Where are you getting this from? More like LVG has looked at Rooney and RVP and realised that both are over the top and can't be relied upon to score the goals we need this year.

thinked about it a bit, and no way should we loan out Welbeck to Spurs or Arsenal. They are with Liverpool our rivals for a top 4 spot. The guy will be pumped up there to show what he is capable of. Could cost us in the end. A risk we shouldnt take, simple as. Loan him out to a non rival or in a european league, but not to our direct rivals.

That's unfair. Last season he was our third-highest league goalscorer with nine goals in 25 games (16 starts). That's decent.

He won't score more than Giroud. They won't be stronger with him.

For me it all depends on what we are gaining from it. If it allowed us to sign one more player i'm all for it and if it doesn't change anything than i'm against it.

This really is the best picture for today  That bottom picture of Van Gaal  Perfectly suits the words.

With Rooney, Van Persie and Falcao well ahead of him, I don't think Welbeck is willing to stay here for any longer to be fair.
