Accusing someone of cheating is extremely distasteful and should really not be repeated no matter what. Criticize all you want but I can account for everyone here and say that no one is that sad that he will go on and cheat in some internet game just to win it and get a kick out of it. I'm not blaming crappy as he's realized and apologized for it but I can completely understand why Pol has felt so bad about it. It has happened for the second time with him, and no one would like to hear being called someone who has nothing better to do than cheat in internet games etc, specially the guy who set it up both times.

I hope this at least teaches us a lesson for future drafts. It's something I quite like and I care about to an extent and it will be great if we can go back to the times when the rules and the competition part of it was kept casual and things were let slip by even if someone did not completely agree with it to avoid making a complete mess and creating a situation where things such as these are said.

It is clear to everyone what has happened here. I could break down the mechanics of that deal and how little sense it makes.

But I am going to take @Aldo advise and not interfere since that it is your draft after all, so you can carry on as you want.

It's not about strong or light, there are things over the line that you just cannot say. Things like "if people want to cheat to win internet draft games then let them be" are completely out of order and disrespectful. No one would bother to continue "playing" and discussing while also putting time and effort into it with someone who thinks that low of them. Him quitting the forum was his own decision but it is completely understandable why he had no interest left in this, after being mistreated like that.

Anyway there's nothing much left to take over. If you feckers can send me your teams I'll fire up the threads whenever it suits you, that's not a problem. Up to you guys.

Annah told me by himself that be careful about any deals you make with Pol. I said I would only make a deal for Rivaldo and would have happily done so. I needed no one else from your team at all. My PM to him when he told me that he would not even buy Figo for 2m -

Not making and deal with them unless they sell me Rivaldo for 6M

I exchanged a series of PMs with Pol about possible player deals which would have given you the money but he made daft suggestions like -

Davids + Ronaldinho + 2m for Rivaldo + Vieira

You get to pair up Scholes with Vieira and Rivaldo will be a proven combination with R Carlos

There was no secret that you guys needed to make a deal which needed 7 millions, you had 5 currently.

Basically you are a starving man with a car, who refuse to trade the car for water and a hot meal. All of us made bids on your players which would have solved this, I wanted Figo/Messi, MJJ Zidane and Crappy Rivaldo.

You chose to stick with the car rather than the hot meal here. There is no conspiring needed to see that a starving man will pay over the regular value for food.

How about explaining the Rio Gallas deal?

Annah sells you Rio for 7m + Gallas and then does not even use Gallas and buys a new CB?

It is obvious, it is done as a guise for the Muller 2m deal. So that you can recoup those 4 or 5m people object about in last round.

I did tell crappy and annah that I am not buying anyone off you as at that time we didnt reach a deal for zidane which we were negotiated by pm.

There wasnt any agreement of any kind to purposefully ignore your team and if I was online when pol. texted me would have sorted a deal for zidane then.

That is not at all the case. We all have PM's with everybody as it is an auction draft, everybody states intentions such as "no I am not selling X unless I get player Y instead".

All of us made bids for your players, but neither bids were accepted. The issue is that you guys rejected the offers, if you had said yes you would have sorted every issue here.

Why would anybody pay more than 1-2 millions for any player you were selling when you were in that spot. You still have a deal possible to sort everything, that aren't taking.

What is clear though that you guys clearly did want to or attempt to cheat. That whole Muller/Rio/Gallas deal was a farce and only reason you would not address it directly is because there is no way you can justify it what so ever.
