Wouldn't start over night, that just leads to problems. Announce now that the deadline starts tomorrow morning at 8am or something like that. Nopace was online only 30minutes ago, it's just walkinhop who wasn't online since yesterday afternoon.

When everybody are satisfied with their teams. There is no real deadline to finalize everything. Of course common sense should be applied - you don't have to bid on your entire eleven to start with - but have at least a bid going at all times.

If you want to get Seedorf-Kaka-Gattuso before making a bid on Pirlo that is all good, but don't just sit and make 0 bids hoping your desired players are "forgotten" and become cheaper. At least bid for one of them, get him, start a bid on the other and so forth.

As soon as you acquire a player you can transfer list him. All fees and clauses are legal, but all of them has to be posted in this thread. After you transfer list a player he has to be listed for a minimum of 3 hours, short enough to allow you to gain money to outbid someone's 12 hour bid - but long enough to give more than one manager a chance to bid on the player before it is approved.

You can accept any bid you want, there should be no questioning about it - unless it doesn't at all make sense. As all clauses and fees are legal, it should always make sense why you would want to sell a player to someone.

I.e if Balu offers 50 millions for Messi, but adds a clause saying if he faces you he can't ever use Messi - then it would make sense to accept that bid even if someone else bid 65. Even if adding the 65 one would be fair enough as well. Of course, this clause would be dumb as hell from Balu to offer unless he was 100% certain you'd lose before he faces you.

If there are future payments involved the selling party never gets money until the next rounds of the draft starts. If I sell player X to Balu for 5 millions and 20 millions next round, I will just get 5 millions now and of course I or Balu go out in the coming round - I lose the other 20 millions/Balu gets to keep it.
