Thing is...I'd probably vote for a team with that defense - provided it had some semblance of firepower to actually win the match. But my feeling is the voters will be charmed by attacking prowess more than defensive solidity. Story of the world. Flash over substance.

12 TP is too low and I think you will have to extend it in future rounds. For example, you can't even combine Romario-Laudrup now. If you do, then no other TPs whatsoever and that's not sustainable. Part of the draft fun is seeing super teams, it went way overboard last round but in this one with 12 TPs you would see some pretty meh teams in the final.
