Yeah so much for his comments towards the end of last year, when he was saying he would leave Ajax only for United or Barca and he will only move to a club where 'real football' is played. You can rot in Liverpool.

I'm assured by my Uncle a Twente fan that Ruiz > Suarez

Ricardo? Portugal's world cup keeper, Ricardo? If so, amazing signing for them

I don't think he played in the WC (first choice was Eduardo, from memory) but yeah, that's him.

"So much money...can barely hold it all..."

"...we'll just go ahead and check your vision as a 'maybe', then..."

I wouldn't let that crooked-nose guy do my lawn, let alone a multi-million pounds medical.

Waiting for Kelvin to say "It's me you cnut"

Cardiff striker Jay Bothroyd on Twitter: "I'm not leaving, I'm staying for the fans!! Theydeserve Premier League football and I wanna help provide that. I'm happy at Cardiff."

I'm sure teams were just lining up to snap him up.

Didn't he start for the States in the WC? He was alright but again who else can you expect Forest to sign?

Yes, he's striker who has never scored a goal for the US who started in the WC.

Says something about the manager.

lee_clayton_ Luiz will be in Luton at around 2am, but the deal will already have been completed and the papers lodged with the Premier League #cfc

is it the guy who knocked England out by saving the pens and scoring the winner?

You would think Sven would keep away from him

I never rated Ricardo when he was Portugal's first choice keeper, he was very error-prone - ofte enough exactly in the moments when it mattered the most. Ricardo is probably Schweinsteiger's favourite keeper in the whole world.

This was already discussed a couple of pages ago. He is going to Fulham on loan from Stoke. I forgot he was playing the PL. Was he injured or was Stoke just not playing him?

I used the find feature and checked the last 3 pages. Didn't bother with going anymore back as the majorities of posts get lost anyways.

Tony Pulis was not playing him no. Nothing wrong with him. Eiður and Tuncay were simply into the business of passing the ball along the ground for old Pulis's taste. Why he got them in the first place I don't know.

Insisted on playing 4-4-2 despite the fact that we had no good strikers beyond Altidore (and really, even he's not exactly special,) insisted on playing Dempsey on the wing and leaving Holden to rot on the bench, insisted on Route 1 Hoof'n'pray despite the fact that our midfield was the strongest part of that team, insisted on sitting deep despite the fact that we played our best football when we pressed high.

The man has no tactical ability whatsoever.

Yes but he is good enough for Leicester City right?

Could that not be related to his broken leg?

Whats his age? 35? He was only good at stopping penalties. I m sure he has lost his stop stopping ability and there is no way he can jump up to stop a cross at his age and with his height. He is like 4 feet tall.

I read Given moved to Cardiff. They are most definitely going to be back in the PL with him in goal for them. They are a good team and hopefully we see in the league next year.

Fun commentary on UK vs (western) US geography: Despite RDCR and Always both living in the same state as I do, I am farther away from the both of them than Glasgow is from London.
