Tony Adams appointed coach of Granada

Heard that the Chinese board went with him because he was a popular pundit in China. If that's the case, then it's as ridiculous as the Neville appointment in VCF

It's Granada. They're shit and have long since been doomed to Segunda. The entire thing should be taken with a pinch of salt.

Adams is a tit, but I've no problem with early subs. Especially when you're 2 down in ten minutes.

Jose used to make them all the time in his first Chelsea spell, and the media fawned over it as some kind of revolutionary dynamism (as opposed to just general common sense)

One of my biggest gripes with him this season is his seeming unwillingness to change things before the hour mark when we aren't playing well.

Can't be too hard on Adams. That squad had already sacked a few managers this season and it's made up almost entirely out of loanees.

Is he playing Perreira?

Yes as a number 10 and letting him drift to wings or CM. Hes given him a lot of trust and freedom in all fairness and Pereira is playing well but the team is just shite elsewhere.

Early tactical subs suggest you have no idea what you're doing and you've set the team up to fail by incompetence

Who actually would know what to do with Granada? It's a team that hasn't won since the start of March, is relegated, and taking on Real Madrid. I've got no great love for Adams and I'm not commenting on how he'll do in the future, but it's pretty pointless to be seriously analysing him and them in any serious way.

Well at least he is doing something right.

Cheers!

Just didn't get the appointment, they were destined for relegation. All he has done is ensure he will never get employed in Europe's top leagues again.

He wasn't getting employed anyway so has anything changed? He was actually employed already by Granada and it's not like he is doing any worse than the other two managers.
