Tony Adams appointed coach of Granada

Visions of him shouting bad instructions in English and then when the players don't respond he just shouts louder.

Tony feckin' Adams... The guy was a great player but he's failed miserably everywhere he has managed.

He's insane if he thinks Richardson and Reo-Coker are good enough to make a difference. Even in Football Manager no club will take Reo-Coker as a free-agent. He's literally on the list every single season.

Jose needs to get on the phone and bring Pereira back asap.

Love Tony Adams.

 Love the smile at the end, that's great.

Anyone else think he sounds like Quagmire's dad from Family Guy?

Moyes and Adams will do a masterful job of ruining British coaches' reputation in Spain.

Feck me am pissing myself laughing. Sort of character who could do well for em in such a bad situation as he's crazy as feck

Granada are going down fast. Only 4 Spaniards, 3 Frenchmen and 2 Portuguese. The rest are players from simply random places. You have guys from Mali, Israel, Iceland, Mexico, Slovenia etc. And 16 out of 25 in the squad have arrived on loan.

Lots of work on Adams' hands

Poor Sverrir Ingi. He's quickly risen through the rank of professionalism from Iceland to Norway, from Norway to Belgium to the national team and finally to La Liga, all in the space of 4 years only to be playing for his 3rd manager in 3 months there with the latest being Tony Adams.

"This team is too foreign"

:lol::lol::lol:

He is right that Granada have no real team identity. There is no core to the side and they seem really disjointed. Adams doesn't articulate this very well and there is nolthing he can do about that in the short term anyway so it is not the smartest thing to mention it.

His woeful performance last week put the final nail in the last manager's coffin so he can't really complain about it.

What the feck :wenger: So even if they somehow miraculously survive this season, they're fuced anyway.

Well good luck to Adams. Looks like he'll need every bit of it.

I misread this news as Adams becoming coach of the Grenada national team which seemed random but for him to be put in charge of a team in La Liga is just insane.

Terrible manager and a very strange man.

Haha, I assumed the same. His interview was cringeworthy. He can barely speak

It's what happens when you share a league with Real and Barca, you get no cash.

I hope he does okay, not as if he's been handed a Man United is it?
