Gaming Tom Clancy's - The Division | Division 2 announced

Also for the people who mentioned about weapon jamming, that is a bug with the "One is None" talent at the moment so I suggest changing that out for the time being.

Had a feeling it was that to be honest.

As a side note. I'm not sure what to do in the DZ atm.
I'm getting the same stuff in 3 and 4 as I seem to in 1 and 2, only difference is, less rogues, but less bosses at the same time.

I thought ranked 31 bosses are supposed to drop better gear at the moment

Is there any point in keeping hold of campaign currency currently? I have like 600k built up and nothing worth buying with it. Was thinking to buy stuff to then just deconstruct them for parts.
Use it to recalibrate your high end gear. It's quite handy.

Double revive sounds handy, I must start trying it.

The issue we had was getting the second set of explosives being held by the sniper on the top floor. We tried to rush him, but he jumped down and we then got a new wave and ended up getting split up.

Bit of a rant here...

They have confirmed that the DZ blueprints will rotate out - so the HE Aug and HE M1A will disappear at the weekend. I find it frustrating that they are basically taking away the two best guns in the game - or taking away the chance at owning them.

It really seems as though most of their decisions are predicated on the people who exploited the early glitches - people having too much gear for crafting? let's nerf crafting and make it more of a grind - ignoring the fact that the regular / casual players are not in that position.

They then introduce a level system in the DZ that OP players are able to circumvent simply by equipping a low-level sidearm. Plus also ensuring that the average player just edges into the higher tier - which puts them at a huge disadvantage when up against other players.

Am still enjoying the game when playing through - but their changes are disappointing. Right now, the desire for better gear and weapons is what is behind the grind. When they release the next incursion (which I think has a gear score requirement of 220), then it will basically be locked until you have grinded enough to achieve it.

How much is the AUG blueprint and what rank do you need to be.
I rushed to get to level 50 so I could buy it before the update but couldn't manage it :(

I'd love for them to make the terrain more open and responsive

i.e. rather than just being able to climb limited objects, I'd like it more like Tomb Raider games where you can practically climb anything. Imagine being able to climb a lamppost or something to get a sniper position?

also would be great if vehicles explode, buildings get torn up by the effects of battles etc. It struck me after having a firefight in a petrol station, why cant we blow the tankers up? that would be awesome

now imagine, being able to get into one of those vehicles, drive it down into a load of enemies, whilst they are pouring bullets all around, getting out just in time before your team-mates make it explode?

From DZ06 Safehouse. Only rank 30 needed for 191gs gear

I've done that already. Recalibrated Every gear I use. Sacrificed skills and health ever so slightly to go from mitigated Armor damage from 39% up to 52%

Dps 119k
Health 60k
Skills 12k

Yeah, they probably did it due to the complaints about blueprints not rotating but if they were set on it what they should have done was:
  • announce it straight away rather than at the end of the week
  • have the DZ vendors blueprints on a longer refresh timer (so, say a fortnight instead of a week)

I need to step up my game, some of you feckers here are str8 killing it.
Your stats are insane.

@Brocky @Damien

On the two YouTube videos I've seen completing the incursion have gone up the stairs on the right hand side. Might be worth trying that if we keep dying in the pit and even then half the time someone died before all of us getting there.

Anyone doing incursions tonight?

Also anyone else not able to connect?

Your screen shot says 181 is all
Oh shit

It was 177 last I checked, must be because I replaced my purple pistol with a gold one.

So I bought the Striker's kneepads blueprint and crafted two but I have higher DPS with my gold kneepads.. It takes so many materials to craft them too, gonna have to wait a while before I can craft a better set.

Might be something worth trying. Think Brocky'll be on around 8ish but we'll probably do the dailies and stuff first.

Yes, it's a nightmare. I bought both striker pieces from the vendor, but 8 electronics and 22 fabrics is a nightmare if you want to re-roll

Not watched the video but it sounds like a plan. There's definitely more cover on the right and we'll be closer to where that sniper comes out. The only thing I am concerned with, is that there may not be cover from the APC, as there is in the tunnel.

I'll be on around 20:30.

They use three Survivor Links and one Recovery Link, so think its best if maybe Kate changes to Survivor and you change to Recovery? Maybe have someone else with an ammo bag as well as you for pretty much 100% uptime.

We'll see if there's enough cover from the APC. If not we'll go back to tunnel as we did decent there. Main issue was on wave 8 but if we try and leave around 5 enemies left and move as a group we should be okay.

I do have 100% uptime on the support station and my first aid cool down is around 15 seconds. I only get a downtime on the support station and a longer first aid cool down if I spend too much time out of the AOE.

I definitely think we need a DPS link and two resistance links. I'm not a big fan of the recovery one, though. It's rare that you can use it effectively. Your first aid was providing overheal, which was cool. A second DPS one is a better option for those Oh shit moments where you get a bunch of rushers together, imo.

The 191 set gear appears to be worse than the 182 HE gear, I've three strikers set pieces now but I nerf myself by using it, 50% extra crit damage or not.

I don't get the new DZ player brackets. We were all gear level 162, and coming up against 180+ rogues all the time, so we dropped down to 158ish to drop down out of the 161+ player bracket, but we're still in it?

Is it based on your inventory? Would it work putting stuff in your stash?

Spent quite a lot of time in the DZ (higher bracket) and yet to face a rogue. seen them in the lower areas of the map, but yet to come across one (PS4 players must be assholes )

But I find rogues are scared to venture higher up the map, just looking for easy kills constantly.
I decided to fight my first level 32 boss on my own today. Spent about 10 minutes looking for his DZ crate to open but couldn't find it.... I got a pointless gear mod which I just deconstructed from him.

Find it disappointing that you get worse loot the higher up you go it seems. Extracted about 15 HE items today and got rid of them all - No guns (Still use quite a few purple atm)

Can you buy more of the same blueprint?
My vector blueprint has a max DMG of 9500, yet I see so many more powerful versions of my gun

I think the higher your firearms figure the higher your Damage as well?

Ive had the most fun in the DZ tonight as I ever have. We pulled two lads in at 130 Gear Score to our 161+ and basically did a sweep to get them some gear. People keep turning rogue on us and picking on the weaker lads by chance. We must have chased 2 guys through 3 DZs before catching them and putting them down.. Ended up with 10 Keys and levelled a few times. Walked away with 3 pieces of the Nomad Gear Set, a HE M1A and a HE Black Market AK-74 as well s all the usual bits.

Goodbye Covert SRS, the M1A has returned with 3 Talents active (Toxic and a +25% Crit and +12.5% Crit at full health)

Good night all round!

Me, Red, Stoney an Swoosh completed the incursion earlier. Tag lines Damien?

Well done, though think you four are probably the only regular all-caf group. Tried giving you taglines but won't fit unless you can think of one (50 char limit).

Well done any tips? Could only get to wave 4
Problem was after wave 4 the snipers came out of that door behind us and overwhelmed us. Yesterday when we were in the pit we were fine on the whole and made it to wave 8 regularly. If we're persisting with that right hand side method I think when the bomb holder puts the bomb on the APC, the other three should move to the pit as it offers more protection from the snipers.

I think I'd prefer to stick to the pit and when we get to wave 8 for all of us to move to the right hand side and rush the sniper.

I'll have a think.

The pit is the way to go, we stayed upstairs for the first few waves then dropped down for the first bomb. Need to keep 3-4 enemies when the bomb is dropped to stop another wave spawning. Whoever has the highest health should take the bomb turn the turret off on the left hand side as you look at it (where the little room is) then plant an sprint back to the pit. It took ages, must become a fair bit easier when the sets of armour are complete.

Yep - took forever to blow that thing up!

I now have 3 pieces of the Sentry's Call gear, so get the +30% headshot damage and +20% damage to elites bonus. I have HE gear that is better than two of the pieces - although not by a huge margin, so I will keep the Sentry gear equipped I think.

My health is on the low side, but my armour now mitigates 61% of damage (max is 65%), so am happy with that. I have a different body armor that gives me higher health, but lower armor, so I went with the additional armour.

Will probably try and get one more Sentry item for the talent bonus: Talent – Stalker: Headshots mark the enemy, increasing the damage inflicted on the target by 15% for duration of 10 seconds each. A target can receive up to three marks. Having the Balanced talent on my M1A makes getting headshots fairly easy - and the reticule stays on the target after firing, so getting a number of headshots in succession is certainly possible - especially against the bosses etc.

Then will try and find 2 pieces from another set to get their bonuses. Not sure whether 4 of one and 2 of another is the way to go, or 3 and 3.

Sentry’s Call bonuses:
  • Set bonus (2): +30% Head Shot Damage
  • Set bonus (3): +20% Damage to Elites
  • Set bonus (4): Talent – Stalker: Headshots mark the enemy, increasing the damage inflicted on the target by 15% for duration of 10 seconds each. A target can receive up to three marks.

Tactician’s Authority bonuses:
  • Set bonus (2): +4000 Skill Power
  • Set bonus (3): +20% Skill Haste
  • Set bonus (4): Talent – Tactician’s Authority: Every 60k damage your group deals adds 1% skill power to you for a max of 100% bonus. Bonus is reduced by 1% every second the group isn’t dealing damage.

Striker’s Battlegear bonuses:
  • Set bonus (2): +20% Enemy Armor Damage
  • Set bonus (3): +50% Critical Hit Damage
  • Set bonus (4): Talent – Shooter: Every consecutive hit deals 1% more enemy damage. Stacks up to 100%. Missing shots drops bonus by 2%. Bonus is reduced by 1% every second.

Path of the Nomad bonuses:
  • Set bonus (2): +100% Scavenging
  • Set bonus (3): +20% Health on kill
  • Set bonus (4): Talent – Nomad: When receiving fatal damage, you are instead healed to full health. Can occur once every 10 minutes.

Yep, also I think all 4 of us should have pulse, and 3 if not all 4 of us should have the defence special.

I won't be on till about 10 tonight
