Gaming Tom Clancy's - The Division | Division 2 announced

The 100% drop rate of HE gear on named elites is ridiculous. This way these items won't feel that special.

Agree. Bad idea in my opinion. I don't know if they got complaints about the lack of, and have succumbed to the pressure or what, but I don't know what this is going to really achieve.

They want HE gear to be more about drops (so achieved by actually playing the game), rather than being crafted.

I think they could have stopped a bit short of making it 100% certain that a named boss would drop a HE item, but the lack of drops was perhaps the primary frustration people were having with the game.

I like the look of Sentry's Call and Tactician's Authority. Although I think most will go for Striker's Battlegear.

Path of the Nomad is geared to the DZ (obviously) and I think you will only be able to collect items from the set there (not sure if they get dropped with Incursions).

Also, the bonus' also only apply once you have the full set of gear - so you have to build the set piece by piece.

Has to be said though, a group who has these all equipped will be pretty much invincible in the DZ - unless another group is equally kitted out. Might make the Supply Drops a bit tough...

EDIT - it appears those numbers next to the set bonus refer to how many items from the set you have equipped.

99% of the shit i get in the DZ is deconstructed there is no value in killing named bosses other than levelling up and no real incentive to go rogue as the loot is pretty trash, a group of us went in there one night and all we got was blues all night.

True, but it made the game exciting. I don't get loads, but when I did, it was a bit of a buzz.
Takes away all the fun. People will get what they want quickly and then what? Every one might as well just go rougue

Here's the gear without the text:

Thinking they may be the new weapons? Not sure if they're the same as currently in the game.

I like the sound of the Strikers battlegear the most, but imagine getting your stamina up so high and having the path of the Nomad, talk about soaking up bullets

DZ05/06 is gunna be utter carnage at the beginning. If I'm reading that correctly the 32 named mobs guarantee drop 32 HE items as well as increased PC & DT drops. Why would anybody go anywhere else? Sure you might die lots but 1 pot shot on the boss is all you need, then run off and hide till the coast is clear to get your loot. It'll likely be the easiest way to gear up quickly by far.

Would bet that most people will now go to DZ 1, 2 and 3 to extract their gear won in 5 & 6.

So... Imagine being a level 30 and stepping into the DZ for the first time. Hmm, what's this extraction zone malarkey all about? Hang on, there's another agent there. He's rank 70 in the DZ but he looks nervous. He's called in an extraction and destroyed the enemies though fair play....

Bang bang. He's dead. Ooh a nice high end weapon drop too. Cheers.

Rogue what?

What time do the daily hard missions reset at does anyone know? Nothing updated for me even after vendors updated.

Should have updated 45 minutes ago. I just logged off so can't check (but didn't do yesterday's dailies anyway).

Hmm not updated for me so. No mission circled as per the normal "daily mission" highlighted part when viewing the map.

Still not seeing any daily challenges. Am guessing this is because of prep for the update on Tuesday.

It will likely just become a case of level 30/31 HE will just become the new purples, where we just shrug when they drop. And we just hope for the level 32 version.

Lol the strikers bonus is bullshit. Vectors with +100% crit hit damage and 1% more damage for every consecutive hit up to 100%.

Tactician's Authority for my main and Sentry's Call for my second lvl 30 character. Once my third is at 30, I'll be after Striker's Battlegear for him.

just got my first high end last night, was i right in getting the vector 45 blueprint?

What is the DMG range on your blueprint. Mine seemed good, my friend bought one and it was way less.
as far the the gun goes, as long as you get a good roll, for me its been excellent. Even got a Midas drop and deconstructed it right away

Mine rolled 9262 dmg, 841 rpm, 20 mag

Brutal
Responsive
Skilled

I've annoying found out you can only have 1000 pheonix tokens at any one time....wasted a fair few today with not collecting...

Edit: They really need to sort out single players in the DZ. It feels almost pointless half of the time for me going in there as I play mostly alone. The amount of times groups of 4 turn on you is getting really tedious now...

Just bought the HE hunting M44 from the BOO vendor. Terrible decision.

I think i'll go for the Strikers gear... I rolled a Vector for the first time yesterday. Came with 44% accuracy talent, then putting mods on it has got it to near 100% accuracy. Added with increased clip size + ROF mag, the critical damage boosts i've got, it's a beast.

Not watching the video but is that just about using the pulse/scanner thing to exceed the 60% cap? Think that's common knowledge as I see most use it.

This is beyond a joke now. The game freezes solid when I do a challenge mode. I can hear people in game chat continuing on, I can't do anything and have to dashboard it.

My darkzone experience for the last 2 days has been solid lag and framerate crashes. unplayable right now.

I've had no technical issues personally, just balancing issues.
I enjoy playing the game, just sick of groups of 4 killing me over and over. Don't even take my stuff, just seems a pointless exercise.

It'd be nice if as a solo player you could have a solo player server...

So bought a Vector and rolled top of my damage range (10.2k) with:

Ferocious - +13% Damage against elites

Predatory - Killing a target regenerates 13% health over 5 seconds

Sustained - Killing a target increases your heaLth by 6%

+25.50% Critical

How does that fair? It's my first HE Blueprint and roll.

Ran Lincoln Tunnels twice and Finch dropped HE for me twice on top of the Challenge HE gear. Got a nice vest.

Talent - Robust - Increase Armor while in cover by 45%

+542 Firerms
1,112 ARM
+9% Health on Kill
+7% Damage to Elites
+11% Protection from Elites
+19% Kill XP
+7.50% First Aid Self Heal
