got one from viagogo aswell, so got two altogether
I was on Viagogo then, click on the link to buy, it started to go through and then cancelled it. Are the tickets no reserved as soon as you are though to the next link? Or are they still available to others until you have paid?
Seems like a sh1t site that, first time I have every tried to get tickets from there. Should be like Ticket Master, tickets are reserved for 2mins while you fill everything out.
Yes, this would be the sensible way to do it. I got through the payment process twice there, but both had gone by the time I completed.

Did you get any of that "This request is not valid" or whatever pages, that kicks you into the main (green) viagogo site? Pisses me off that I'm there being as fast as possible and the site doesn't even work...
Been on viagogo all morning as soon as i came off the site all the Liverpool tickets got sold. Damn!
Did not get any message saying "This request is not Valid". Once your filling in your details that does not mean the ticket is yours even though you think its yours. Not the best of systems, but i cant complain as the last two games i have tried I Milan and Liverpool, Have gone through.
Regarding the ballott, i applied with my membership which i got from the start of the season and was rejected, however my mrs membership which i purchased after liverpool beat chelsea, i got a ticket so not sure how it works as this was the first game i applied with her membership.

Viagogo is a crap website, once you have selected to buy you should be allowed to fill in the details within 2mins.

It gets worse - an hour or so back it came up with 3 tickets together. When you got to the end it gave the usual message about them having gone, but when you went back to the Liverpool page, they were still there. This went on for about 10 minutes - total nonsense!
What a joke, feckin pathetic to be honest. I wouldn't mind if it was a free service, you could sort of understand, but with the Admin fee they charge you are allowed to expect better service!!
I think you can save your card details on Viagogo.

I was listening to the radio last night on the way home and Radio one were doing a feature on ticket touting. Viagogo of all fecking people talking out against touting! It really had to be heard to be believed!

Done that. I was hitting refresh about once a second, and taking about half a second to get through each page. With load times I reckon I was hitting the final "confirm" button about 10 seconds after the listing appeared, and still missing out. There must be incredible numbers of people out there all hitting refresh a lot of times.
Oh, and just to piss you off more, if you refresh too quickly too many times in a row, you get sent to a "tarpit" for a minute and can't do anything!

Not sure exactly what you mean has happened, but I wouldn't put any degree of feck-up beyond viagogo, I know of all sorts of problems people have had.

well man utd said the tickets were still on the orignal seat holders name it aint been transfered to my name. It has gone through on viagogo and the payment has been taken.
