Ticket info thread - 2008/09: Touting will not be tolerated

Seeing as my usual supplier of tickets is a complete dickhead I am going to be in here quite a bit.

I'll ask for an Inter ticket now but won't hold my breath as all the big game reds will have them

Same reason I can't get a Chelsea ticket
.

LOlzz!!!1

I'm coming from OZ man, 789 dollars ticket and meal included. CAN'T freekin WAIT!!

Inter may be a possibility with James, as he has to take days off for midweek.

Will ask him Crimbo Eve when I see him.

I'll find out for you in the next hour - only problem might be that they are in the North lower (although are good seats) and not sure on price but were £39 each last season so prob a few quid more expensive now - I'll let you know.

Thank you so much for that mate.

I'll be at the Tollgate before the match, do you want to meet there?

Yeah sure, mate parks his over the road next to the Audi garage so will be meeting him there as well probably, I'll give you a shout closer to the time, but you can def have my ticket.

Good luck with Inter.

Going to have at least 3 spares for the re-arranged games, Wigan and Fulham all together in the Stretty 2 and dont really want to split them, cost price of course which is £35

Right.

Is anyone driving to Stoke from London?

Can't blame me for trying :D

Cheers, PM if you can help.

i know it is going to be hard but anything for utd chelsea. got a few people from abroad who have come down and they can only make the derby away and utd chelsea home.

if there is ANYTHING ANYWHERE then let me know as i will take it.

thanks

I will swap you Southampton for Stoke, Southampton more your neck of the woods and Stoke more mine :p

Distance is'nt an issue mate!

I'll be there somehow.

I'm sorted for Southampton and Derby anyway ;)

Fair play.

Southampton in my case is an issue, have to work away on the Monday so will need to travel on the Sunday, meaning I will have to watch the game in the hotel. Oh well shit happens as they say :(

What are my chances of getting a 1 year season ticket in the stretty or east, tier 2, next season?, with the ol credit crunch n that I imagine quite high?

I'd prefer stretty like, given we normally attack that end 2nd half... sick of watching half the fecking game...atleast in stretty you get something to look forward too.

Yeah should have no problems tbh.

I'm looking into giving my ticket up next season and going for my own ticket higher up in the Stretty - current ticket is through somebody else & is becoming a bit of a pain with the ACS, was going to do it this summer & was told there would be no problems but was lazy & didn't arrange it in time.

My ticket cost slightly more than £500 to sit in the Stretford lower, will be looking at £600+ to sit in tier 2

I can't understand the pricing of our tickets, it's wierd.

Why is North upper centre £400 odd more than Stretty lower? What you lose in terms of view in WL you surely gain in terms of experience, with the chanting?

Where do you lot tend/ prefer to sit at Old Trafford?

The NE Quad wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be in terms of atmosphere...

I've found if I put East tier 2 as my preferance I tend to get the tickets for most games other than the likes of Chelsea n that...

Ticket pricing is up the wall, basically have a small number of lower priced tickets so the fat cats can point out that we are cheaper to watch than the majority of other grounds.

East stand can be alright, then again it can be shit - depends on the away support and if the sit down shouting brigade are out in force.

Stretty seems to have the advantage of a reputation that you get up and sing, which helps deter some of the killjoy's.

Stretty tier 2 is by far the best place to sit (stand ;))

Are the majority of seats in stretty tier 2 taken by season ticket holders?

I emailed the ticket office to ask them to inform me when the one year season tickets come on sale next summer, and since, on my online booking history I'm listed as having a season ticket in stretty lower

they'll probably start charging you for cup tickets :D

Streford End, Tier 2, Row 1 - best seats in the house imo - only ever sat there once though.
