Ticket info thread - 2008/09: Touting will not be tolerated

Yeah but we all know you're a bad lad. ;)

Crown and Cushion before the match?

Haha not quite.

Not sure, there's a few i've heard mentioned, all in the same area (around the station).

I'll look out for you, and the flag.

Anyone got two tickets for Wigan?

/ Does anyone know if the ticket office is selling them?

Right i know i'm a bit early with this but here goes

Looking for 2 for Portsmouth at home on the 28th feb

Cheers

Need some advice. I'm going to apply for two tickets for the match vs Blackburn at Old Trafford February 21st. Where on the stadium should I apply for? (To make it easier to get tickets).

I got mine straight off the website a couple of days ago, they arrived in the post this morning. Think theres still sum left in the east stand.

If I apply for tickets and succeed in the ballot, can I say no thank you, or do I have to pay for them if I am succesful in the ballot?

Oh that's just brilliant. Why am I not surprised?

To be fair I kinda agree with "having to take them". Otherwise it would be rather complicated. Say we both applied for a ticket and the system allocated you one but not me. It would be unfair on me if you decided to turn your ticket down, but I still wanted to go!

Just realised that this will clash with the Carling cup final should we get there

no wonder the flights we so cheap:(

I've decided to order tickets through Viagogo instead of the ballot on manutd.com. The match need to get sold out before I can apply, am I right?Do you reckon it will? (vs. Blackburn Old Trafford Saturday February 21st)

I'm hoping to get a season ticket for next season. Apparently I'll have to geta one year season ticket before I'll get a full season ticket?

How much choice do you get over where your seat will be?

Anybody feel like selling a desperate Australian a ticket for tomorrows game?? I'm here for a 4 days and it would be a dream come true! I know its a stretch but I am willing to PAY for it...

Please message me if you know a way... Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks Cris

I've got spare season tickets available through my branch of the supporters club, nobody owns them personally but the club doesnt want to give them up so we buy them and sell them to whoever match by match to recoup the money, where are you based, i might be able to sort you out.

Going on the past couple of seasons and the decreasing demand for them, if you ring united and have the cash ready and waiting they will give you a seat wherever you want.
Can only imagine more season tickets being made available next season due to the current economic situation and the inevitable hike in match ticket prices.

By the sound of his post he wants to get a full season ticket of his own. The one year one is while he waits for a full ticket!?

Sorry, only just seen this. I live in Droylsden. I'm not looking at getting one for the rest of this season as I've got a lot of stuff on. I'm hoping to get one sorted for the start of next season, so if you think you'll have some available over the Summer then I'll give you a buzz nearer the time.

Cheers mate.

Really? Ouch, the Office of Fair Trading aren't going to like that after the recent Spurs case. :D

Where any match is cancelled, abandoned or postponed, the Club shall have no liability to a Ticket Holder (or any person attempting to access the Stadium using a Ticket) except that, following any cancellation, abandonment or postponement of a home match, a Ticket Holder shall be entitled to attend the rearranged match (if any).

Terms and Conditions of Matchday tickets: http://www.manutd.com/pdf/t&c/Match Ticket Terms.pdf

I believe there is also a tick box when you apply for tickets that says "I agree that this match may be rearanged na dif this occurs no refund will be given" or words to that effect.

When I apply for tickets for me, and someone else, online

and I get the tickets... does the money for my ticket come out of my account, and the other persons ticket come out of their bank account?

Just wondering as I was successful for Boro and Everton but the card failed, and it can't be mine as I filled it out right...
