I keep hearing about this story. Perhaps he's just not good enough. He's been in 1,000 non league games, or something. If he was any good, he'd have been picked up by a professional club years ago.

This is absolutely bloody ridiculous. Just get the best people for the job for God’s sake. They can all be green and pink skinned for all I care!
