It's more out of habit, plus it's easy to type. Unless you want to start calling them live specials or network specials.

It has worked. All I'm seeing is imagine a serious promo or trying to take the event seriously. Just by naming it this they've guaranteed more viewers in build up and more people watching the actual event. If people really think Vince has just named this PPV this cause he thinks it a cool name for an event then I'd stop watching wrestling. He knows exactly what he's doing calling it this.
