Finn has the body of a Greek god? He's an ant compared to Neville from what I remember. Surely Neville is more of a 'Vince' guy than Finn.

Neville making Finn look like an ant? Only Kalisto is shorter than Neville on NXT, whereas Finn is about average.

Vince will take one look at Neville with those ears, that face and the height and laugh him out of the building. Neville's ability and upper body are the only things going for him. Finn is definitely more of a "Vince guy"

"Don't change the channel."

There's a meta/fourth wall breaking gimmick waiting to be exploited and Axel is just the man to do it.

Finn has a great physique but Neville is ripped to shreds. No comparison at all really.

Really interested to see who goes over in the Zayn - Owens feud.

It really is interesting. Because you would think Zayn only just won the title 2 months ago. And hes had one defence? But if he retains there arent many other heels near the top that I can think of. Maybe Tyson and Breeze?
Whereas if KO wins, he can defend against Zayn again, then Balor, Neville, Itami.

Also good to see Crowe coming back. Expect him to return on Rival.

Or they have a double DQ/count out. As seen on the indies Owens managed an 18 months feud with a guy very similar to Zayn, so they have longevity. I don't see Zayn retaining clean, Owens it's possible but I'd still assume there's be some kind of shenanigans.

Believe it or not Crowe hasn't even done the jobber role on NXT yet, despite being there two years. Something has always popped up, I'm not sure at all where he'll pop up in the show, outside of the fact the vignettes coming when they're talking about the number one contender tournament that is.

Just looking at the card, it looks to be a very good show even if the rushed build has killed some momentum, with:

Zayn vs Owen
Bálor vs Neville
Divas 4 way
Murphy & Blake vs Lucha Dragons
Corbin vs Dempsey no DQ
Itami vs Breeze.

With Crowe and Louis probably showing up at different stages.

I wonder if any of the Irish are planning a party, I'm thinking it could be a Beckcellent night for them…

Yeah the Dubstep was kinda a shock to hear for their entrance.

Double DQ/no contest could work but has a NXT special had that sort of finish. I could see shenanigans but with a winner but cant see them going with a screwy finish on a special.

So, the major news in is the following :-

It appears that WWE has once again changed plans for the WrestleMania 31 main event, according to a Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer.

For the better part of 2014, it was expected that Roman Reigns would be challenging Brock Lesnar for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in the main event of WrestleMania 31. It appeared that plans were still on course after Reigns won the Royal Rumble. That was until fans outright rejected WWE's storyline plans for Reigns in a sign of fan defiance we hadn't seen since, well, the previous year's Rumble.

Daniel Bryan was originally booked to wrestle Sheamus at WrestleMania. Then, Bryan and Dolph Ziggler began talking about a potential WrestleMania match on social media. Now, it looks like fans have pushed Daniel Bryan right back into the WrestleMania main event mix.

According to Dave Meltzer, Vince McMahon recently changed his mind about the WrestleMania main event, with Daniel Bryan being added as the third person in 3-way match. The feeling after the Royal Rumble was that Vince McMahon would not want to do another triple threat match to headline their biggest show of the year, since they went that route last year. However, Vince McMahon heard the fan backlash to Roman Reigns loud and clear, held a meeting with top WWE officials and decided on Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns vs. Daniel Bryan.

WWE.com ran a poll over the weekend asking who was more deserving of the WrestleMania main event - Daniel Bryan or Roman Reigns - with Bryan earning over 87% of the vote.

So, the major news in is the following :-

That was before the reaction Roman got last week. This is Vince, it's pointless looking at this stuff until the week of Fast Lane tbh.

Is this NXT thing only on the network?

Yup.

Potential NXT spoiler:

Sami Zayn is at the forefront of advertising for the Middle Eastern tour, which starts on Thursday, the day they'll record the next month of NXT tv on.

That's not to say he's definitely going to miss a month, but it's certainly a possibility.

Agreed. Looking forward to it. Worth the free signup for the network :P

Oh man...the next HOF inductee will be announced on Raw later and its a bit of a joke

Rikishi is not deserving at all. He was awful

Unless they just are running out of people to induct

He is completely deserving.

He was a part of one of the most over groups in one of the hottest periods in wrestling history. He was in the upper midcard for a ridiculous amount of time pulling out matches that were very rarely poor. He was at the heart of the most famous storyline of said hot period. He's also the father of the current tag team champions, which certainly counts for something.

I don't understand any argument against him going in.

Used to love Rikishi. Not sure he's deserving of a HoF spot though...surely there is a more obvious one that is being overlooked?

The team with too cool was over for about a month and then everyone hated them. The heel turn and story line with stone cold was really bad

The stink face....

James Dudley and Koko. B. Ware are in the Hall of Fame and people complain about Rikishi. Unbelievable.

FYI it would be an idiotic move to put main guys into the HoF in one go. You need headline guys for future shows. It's a really simple concept.

Too Cool were very over for a long time.

Honestly they were not. I was watching every week and each week they got less and less popular. They outstayed their welcome by at least 6 months

And he was also austins worst ever feud

EXIT: I don't agree with koko b ware either. Like I said they are running out of people. It's just silly now

I was watching every week and am going through PPV's now (with the excellent Attitude Era podcast, well recommended listening) and it's incredible just how over they were.

You're both right - they were over, but crowds were so incredibly hot back then that everything was over - from the top to the bottom of the card.

Still, you can't argue with the pop that the Worm got... every time.

Oh, and I loved Rikishi, so no arguments about him going in from me.

The 2 cool dance at the Rumble was awesome. Rikishi transforming from serious dude to a happy dancer once the shades were placed on him after a match was brilliant.

Hes not really HOF worthy in a sense, but with regards to the WWE HOF hes not a bad shout.

Also Raw started - not a great reaction for Reigns tonight.

Either Rollins IG got hacked or he just posted a naked diva/lady pic picture by accident. lol

Yeah just edited it. lol. And Rollins isnt in the opening segment lol

So... Raw starts with a promo.
Which involves Authority.
Which turns into a tag team match where PPV opponents team up.
Against Big Show vs Kane.

Yep, will watch this tomorrow on Sky Plus (ability to FFWD)

Was hoping for a surprise Sheamus return but meh, whatever. Suppose he would've needed a reason to interfere/interrupt for that.

Nikki Bella, good God....
