Best thing about Raw is Firefly fun house
I can barely be arsed to read up on what's happening at the moment or check out any clipson youtube. It feels less because of a drop in quality and more just being ground down but constant shite.
On another note the Von Erich documentary is up in Viceland. Check it out because the episodes expire after a while. The bruiser brody one is still up.

Im about 5 weeks behind (still on post WM shows). I just cant watch it like i used to. Ill probbaly catch up when I get free time and just put it in background whilst working from home. But its so boring.

I had good ideas but apparently my idea of me being an on-screen authority figure in a love triangle with Alexa and Becky "wasn't realistic."
Can't say I'm a fan of having this wildcard rule, seems to have gone wrong already.
It's desperation. They're haemorrhaging TV viewers and are creatively bankrupt. They're throwing shit at the wall and seeing what sticks.
A few times in the last 6 months they've addressed how shit they are on TV, the type of shoot crap Russo would love. Shit-canning the draft because of record low ratings and desperately having Kofi defend his title twice on Raw and Smackdown this week to pop a rating and it was the most minimal of increases. I'm getting beginning of the end of WCW vibes.
WWE is quite similar to United right now, to be honest. Making more money than ever but the product on TV/the pitch is in the shitter. Relying on Kofi Kingston to be your big draw as WWE champion and get people tuning in is like relying on Marcus Rashford to be your top striker to get you top 4. Doomed to fail.
It makes no sense either. Cos Wildcard allows 4 people but they have to be invited. Anybody else is fired? But then it can be five if you can convince a higher power?
But you dont have to be invited as you can just be the first one on tv and it counts.
But then if youre a tag team, is that two? cos I swear SD had 5 individuals from Raw or something? And why even have a draft, when before it, you had people coming on both shows anyway.
Either way, I have stopped watching Raw and SD for now, and just watch the 10 min highlights on youtube and anything that looks good ill look to find the whole segment.

They got rid of the numbers. Vince started Raw by saying 3. Later on that night, Lars made it 4 and they showed a promo backstage with Vince saying "it's 4 now." Smackdown the next night started by saying "a limited number" and 5 showed up. It's a mess.
I'm watching MITB next week and then I'm taking a long overdue break.
Come up with segments, think about the logic/story later. Why don't they just fire half the writing staff and save some money, it's onvious they don't listen to most of them anyway.

While waiting for the United game, there's a programme called "Miz & Mrs." are these two actually famous wrestlers or more famous for being TV personalities. The show is a load of shite.
Miz is okay wrestler but he is quite good at mic. His confidence is off the charts though. Maryse? The less to say about her the better.

Unfortunately not. He is a pathetic sight in the ring these days.
I used to follow it every week but slowly gave up, used to tune in to WM just for Taker. I last watched it when it was WM 34, he looked finished years before then, hopefully it doesn't have a lasting effect on his body when he calls it a day.
Does anything good happen on Raw this week worth checking out? Ive been reading since basically the night after WM. Added with some youtube highlights. I never thought it would come to that as a huge wwe / wrestling fan.

Braun doing Braun things, Drew doing Drew things, Alexa straddled a ladder and looked damn fine doing it, Cesaro is ridiculously strong and ummm surely wont be long till Rey Mysterio/ Samoa Joes love child is in the ring wrestling.
Oh and Dana Brooks got some brass ovaries on her. 12ft dive off the ladder on the outside.

WWE is trash right now but there are some positives that keep me a bit excited (atleast before vince screws that too)
Kofi's booking: Really like the way he has been booked since WM. He has become serious and has got two big wins since WM, once against Bryan and once in the triple threat in SD against AJ and Zayn. When Kofi became the champion I was concerned about his booking. He is doing very well so far.
AJ/Seth: Again this could be a dud but their build up has been really good. No bs, just two top guys fighting for the title. This is how the championship belt should be treated. Looking forward to their match at MITB
Last but not least the new BRAY WYATT: If Vince is smart he would just go all out with this character and I won't waste any time. Just have him surprise everyone in MITB and just take the briefcase making him the MITB winner. One more thing they must make sure is not over expose his character. Maybe have him win the briefcase and he does not need to show every week. Just what he is doing right now, 2 minutes promo with the briefcase. And then suddenly one night have him cash it on one of the champions.
But knowing vince he will just have him lose to Cena or Roman clean very soon.
