I’m happy for Kofi. He’s not the best wrestler, but deserves it. But I think Bryan needs to retain or move to Raw and take the title off Rollins. They definitely need to put the belt on Bryan. Heel Bryan vs Face Rollins would be a good feud.

Good feud but a cheesy one. Face Bryan and heel Rollins would be better IMO.

I wouldn't expect anything big tonight because the shake-up is next week. I expect a night of celebration and crowd pleasing stuff before they advance stories and switch up the brands next week.

The Undisputed Era could really shake things up. Adam Cole could be a big star.

Anyone else find Kurt Angle's last match a little sad at Wrestlemania. I know he's had his issues in the past personally and with the WWE. Can't help but think he deserved a better way to go out. He was in some of the greatest matches I seen.

Shows what I know.

Kofi vs Seth, both belts on the line tonight.

The state of this Raw.

I'm not one to complain about the weekly shows, I think a lot of peoole do it for the sake of doing it. But considering this is the Raw after mania, been billed as the biggest and craziest raw of the year these past few years, this is shocking.

Undertaker came out, cool. But pretty much everything else was just, okay at best. Not what you expect from tonight. A damn shame.

Yeah, it really was underwhelming. Even Lars Sullivan's debut could have been set up better. For the most part, there really wasn't much. Sami's return was underwhelming, and I get that he's supposed to be a heel, but no one's really interested in a heel Sami at this time. I just hope that Smackdown's better tomorrow.

Desperate measure to cover WrestleMania botch-up with taker showing on raw next day.

That was rubbish. Not sure what direction WWE is heading in but it doesn't look all that entertaining. Don't feel like they're capable of building stars and putting them on that level that makes them feel like a big deal. Suppose it's inevitable after living in the shadow of Brock for so long.

NJPW does it so much better. Okada has the presence of a champion and it honestly feels like we could be in for another long run, but there is always a doubt with every match and whoever does beat him is going to immediately be the man. Same with Ibushi and the intercontinental title. It was pretty significant for him to dethrone Naito, whereas Balor winning just feels like a game of pass the potato that won't stop.

Rubbish RAW, to tease Kofi vs Seth in a winner takes all then end it like that is a piss take.

Oh well looking forward to the shake-up next week.

Whoever does, it would be a shock to the system.

Would have been awesome if it was the Undisputed Era... though it they would have been massive baby-faces in front of that crowd, so them destroying their two biggest babyfaces right now (and getting cheered whilst doing it) is probably not what the WWE want.

Reminded me of Rio Ferdinand’s testimonial.

To tease a unification match then have it broken up is not too bad, to tease it and have it broken up by the bar just to set up a tag match was their usual stupid bollocks. Maybe they've just grown to completely resent the post mania crowd.

Yeah seemed like a strange match to have but I was wondering with people already doing double duty on 2 brands, Becky having both belts, maybe they were considering scrapping the brand split, especially with all the rumours of a roster cull.

Was either that or basically what happened but agreed, The Bar, what the hell. Don’t recall seeing Drew or “spam superman punch” could have worked a better angle with that.

I was hoping that Smackdown would be better than yesterday's Raw, but it was no better. If anything, it felt like a Raw recap except with Smackdown superstars. This is the first time in a while that both the Raw and Smackdown after Mania were horrible.

Can only think/hope theyre planning two big shows next week to make up for it.

Weird though, all the faces won at Mania, you'll have a red hot crowd, seems like they were doing there best piss them off.

Oh, the crowd responded perfectly; they were muted throughout the show with occasional chants for the faces here and there. Hopefully the message has been sent out to the WWE.

Got a chance to keep the straps on The Usos after WM and build them once again and let them kill it on the mic? Better do the opposite.

Tag team divisions in WWE are horrendous.

This came on my YouTube feed and it’s still absolute Gold. I wonder how much of this is scripted or them just ad-libbing after the Roman stumble.

Big E and Nia Jax both out for a while with knee injuries. Perfect time for Big E to come back as heel then

I'd be surprised if Nia is able to come back from two torn ACLs.

There's drama with Sasha too. She allegedly asked to quit over Mania weekend, after losing the belts presumably, and dirtsheets are saying she has been given time off to consider her decision.

Not great for me. Anyone I wanted to win lost.

Kofi being WWE Champion is an insult to the title and past champions

Superstar Billy Graham, is that you? :wenger:

Iconics the worst wrestlers on the roster winning the womens tag belts has killed that belt already.

How dare you?! Ah no they are pretty crap with regards to in ring ability, but its entertainment also and they are really entertaining. It's weird they are horribly annoying but make me laugh at the same time.. and.. bonus is Peyton is absolutely out of this world feckin fit!

Felt the show was in 2 parts. The first part had a really good pace and structure, and to a peak with Kofi winning. But then the show wasnt finished and there was a second part, that all seemed a bit rushed and disjointed, the crowd was flatter and most of the people watching at home were knackered. Nearly 8 hours of wrestling is far too long and it became a battle to watch. Which then isnt helped with the feckery of the ending. Headline match of the biggest show shouldnt be decided by a fecking roll up

Fairest and most accurate summary of WM on here I've read.

Up to the Kofi result it was superb, everything hit the right note and it dropped off after that.

Because a submission hold is her finisher (which sucks). Her winning the biggest event of all she is expected use her best move. And Ronda supposively leaving she was supposed to put her over.
I take it you've never heard of Vince screwing someone over before...

It was a botch and Ronda isn't leaving. She's just taking a few weeks off and will no doubt be mentioned in the shake up next week. She's out injured though for a few weeks after breaking her hand apparently in the main event match.

She also tweeted out that she needs a boob job to get a push, despite the fact that Ronda and Becky are both small chested and are the top stars right now.

I know Billy Graham was a bit of a cnut for his Kofi comments, but...........

"I wake up every morning!, workout for 5 hours straight!, run 19 miles!, swim across the Atlantic Ocean!!"

Charisma for days!

I find him hypocrite. Not a word about Daniel Bryan being a champion albeit he is much smaller than Kofi.

Daniel Bryan is arguably at his leanest, and least muscular period of his career, and despite the four inch differentiation (Kofi at 6'0, Bryan at 5'8), Bryan has a demonstrably larger chest, delt, back and trap development.

Again, I'm not saying that Graham is right, but are we talking about small purely in terms of height, because yes, Bryan is much smaller in that regard, but he's not smaller in the physical sense than Kofi, and in context with Graham's quote about steroid use, the physical stature is what he's referring to.

I'm on her twitter and don't see any tweet about implants?

I read about it on a wrestling site. Supposedly she deleted the tweet.

Ah, would explain it so.

She does come across as extremely self entitled but who knows, these dirt sheets are full of BS.

She seems worn out / fed up with WWE and may well leave. It'd put a spanner in the works of any 4 horse women story line they plan on doing going forward as well.

To be honest Sasha has been doing shady stuff for years. First Charlotte and now Alexa, feels like they are given more opportunities than her even though she’s held the title how many times and being in so many first time matches oh and was the first ever tag champ was she not. She is an entitled prima Donna and honestly if she left I wouldn’t really care.
