Television Tho Prop Grops Throps

What?!?!?!?!!? That's so sad :(

Too Cool were one of my favourite tag teams back in the day

Too cool growing up were one of the first tag teams/stables that got me into wrestling. Very sad

I seem to remember him being dragged out in a feud between Cole and King a few years back and he looked like he'd just given up on life then. Didn't help that the crowd gave him no reaction whatsoever, nobody remembered him.

Don't think his dad was exactly the best type of person and combined with dropping out of the high life at his peak with Scotty 2 Hotty and Rikishi it's not really a surprise that he's struggling these days.

Can only hope he gets the proper help he needs.

Sad to see Volkoff pass, I remember "The Bolsheviks" as a tag team when I was a kid but at least he must have been an old fella.

Gotta admit to not knowing Brickhouse Brown.

Brian Christopher is really, really, really sad. He can't have even been 50 (not that there's ever a good age to go like that). Grand Master Sexay entertained the hell out of me.

I watched that segment when I heard he returned all those years ago due to liking Too Cool. The reception he got was, well, there was no reception! What made it even more sad was that, when he was a full time member of the roster, he, along with Scotty and Rikishi, were all nearly as over as Austin and Rock and that's no exaggeration!

Shame about Volkoff but at least he lived to be a decent age. Brian Christopher, on the other hand, is gone way too young. Guy suffered a ton of problems and thought his name would crop up during the late 00s along with all the other wrestlers dying around the age of 40. It's crazy looking back and seeing how over too cool were.

Edit: Just read that Trevor Lee's dad, who started the Hardy's fed Omega back in the day passed away as well.

20 WWE WRESTLERS & Their Favourite Football (Soccer) Clubs

Number 6 was intresting Ronda seems to have bulked up and grown a beard. Always find these videos funny, support or just happened to be in the country doing promo stuff Ander was given a top to wear. I know Rusev supports Real as I’ve seen him say it.

Most of that is just pictures from when the wrestlers do a media thing with a club when they are in town. The only correct ones were Sheamus supporting Liverpool and Damo supporting United. Rey does support United but he also supports Madrid. From what I remember, Rusev supports Madrid, Balor supports Spurs, Wade Barrett supports Preston North End, I think Cesaro supports Bayern Munich. Daniel Bryan 'supports' Everton but only because of Robbie Brookside.

Sky pulled one of its specials where it moved Raw to another channel therefore my series link didn’t work. I did see a highlight thing on YouTube and is that the most promo work Brock has done in a few years? Thought it was quite funny.

Yep did the same to me. Make sure you got Smackdown recorded too as the series link for that moved too.

So are we thinking Heyman turns on Lesnar at Summerslam?

Heyman siding with Reigns would be too out there. Maybe Lesnar retains and Heyman helps Braun cash in.

Is it just me or is Lana actually getting kinda good in the ring? Well maybe not good, but she has improved so much thought she was going to get a suplex city chant last night.

Kofi in the wig tho  -Smackdown showing how a tag division should go down. Seriously that match, that’s up there with some of the best matches on both shows over the last few years. Crowd was invested, twists turns, Kofi just being Kofi and Big E doing what Big E does. Sheamus and Cesaro being awesome.

She's no worse than the current women's champions.

Smackdown actually has me watching most of the show week by week recently. Another good episode, especially that tag match.

Same. Ortons turn has been nice and needed.
Nakamura is fun as a heel too (Truth needs to pin Carmella, lol)
AJ vs Joe and Miz vs Bryan are top top matches.
Tag division, womens division, the promos just feel better.
Everything about the show just feels like a wrestling show should be and not a boring drag like Raw (and thats nuts given Raw has probably my fav right now in Rollins)

I remember Road Dogg getting a lot of grief since last WM. So if hes in charge of writing, he deserves credit.

Its back to where it was just after the brand split started, when you could question the quality of each segment but at least it had a point, served a purpose and the winners made sense. The only real weak thing at the minute is Nakamura's lack of a proper storyline but at keast they give him wins to look strong.

Smackdown needs another face. Rollins or Finn would have been great.

They should just turn Rusev fully.

Agreed, I was really surprised that one of them didn’t go across in the shake up as it is on Raw they might be the best performers but just because of the way it is they will always be in Romans shadow.

Really sad that Aliester Black is injured. I really was looking forward for that triple threat match. Now it probably will be Gargano Vs Ciampa III which I didn't want to happen so soon.

Catching up on nxt

Ciampa is the best heel in wwe. Really good at being a prick too.
Yeah shame it's not gonna be a triple threat.

Now Punk is being sued by his former best friend, Colt Cabana...

If it's true, Punk is a classless cnut. Telling him he's covered for the legal fees, Cabana backs him up in court and then Punk says "You're on your own" in an email.

And to think Cabana probably would have just pulled the podcast if it wasnt for Punk.

I do find it odd how in US (or some states) that those who are sued, but win, still have to pay that much in legal fees and its not claimed from the losing side (like here in UK)
This is a good way for wealthy companies to destroy enemies, no?

I caught the Rousey v Foxy match the other night. Rousey's ring gear looks really odd and the fact she kept having to make adjustments to the crotch was oddly distracting. Overall though it wasn't terrible and had some decent story telling.

Been watching old RAW's and the main thing that strikes me about everything and strikes me when I watch current Smackdown is that 2 hours is a spot on time and 3 hours is a killer. No chance of them ever going back to 2 but I wish they would purely so it doesn't drag on so long.

A lot of people who do work for Trump have said he uses the threat of a protracted and expensive process, even when they know they (the little guy) will win, to discourage them from suing when he screws them over

Been confirmed that Black is out so it will be be Ciampa V Gargano III Last Man Standing Match. Let’s hope they do a better job than AJ V Nakamura

Their first two matches have been great. And its a NXT takeover so expecting more awesomness.

The only match of Ronda's I've seen is her match at WrestleMania and it was the same there. I like her gear, though - she has nice legs

I don't like last man standing matches. They don't have near falls, near falls to me are a factor that make matches more interesting. That being said, this match will be brutal. They're goal will be to top the brutality of their last match, it's good but at the same time kind of scary.
