Television Tho Prop Grops Throps

Now challenge Charlotte.

Or pretend like youre gonna pick Bliss then choose Charlotte.

Ok with Ronda there, WM is gonna be main evented by the females right?

Win the Royal rumble to main event WM.. or just walk in after its over and point at the sign.

Incredibly vague nonsense moment though. Nobody is any the wiser.

Could've been handled so much better.

Great rumble. Still, jarred at the timing of the men's match, think it ruined the flow a bit, but overall very solid ppv.

First time I've watched it since WM last year, all this is new to me but thought they'd have kept the main talking point as the one who won the rumble and not someone who's never been in it.

Yea I agree with this. I think this was better than her entering and winning.
This way its still big news (and it will get massive coverage) but keeps a current star hot (Asuka).

Really? This was smart by WWE. Nobody knows if shes gonna be on Raw or SD so you gotta watch to find out.
Nobody knows who Asuka is facing so you gotta watch to find out.
Both champions highlighted.
And Rumble winner looked badass slapping Rondas hand away.
And WWE will get great coverage.

Edit: Also ESPN saying shes signed a full time contract. So she will be all in.

Agreed. They actually did that quite well. A fatal four way wouldn't be out of the question either.

Honestly would've just had Asuka challenge Alexa and then Rousey faces up against Charlotte and points to Mania.

Though you do have a point about people tuning in now, I feel like they would've anyway.

I thought the whole PPV was great. 8/10. They flopped on the Raw show but this delivered. Both rumbles were great. Thought both world title matches were good in different ways. SD tag match was decent but ending kinda came outta nowhere. Raw Tag match ... was dead but understandable.

That was an excellent PPV.

They fecked up their Raw 25th anniversary but nailed it tonight. Great stuff all around.

Agreed on both points. Right people won, would have liked Braun winning but that was never happening, interesting he didn't take the pin, do hope he gets thrown in to Lesner/Roman at Mania.

I'd be absolutely stunned if Ronda wasn't on Raw....like when has any ultra star shown up or returned and not been Raw?

Meh on the whole. The ending was garbage and well just seemed a pointless built for the Women to ME MW.....except it's kinda ruined by shoe horning Ronda into it.

Nak/Akusa winning both great though. Glad they didn't take it from either.

Asuka and Nakamura winning the rumble? Vince retired and Triple H taken over now?

It's true, but Rousey v Charlotte is a much bigger draw than Rousey v Bliss. Two world's collide and all that.

Asuka slapping Ronda Rouseys hand was a great moment. So glad they did that.

I am also sports entertained.

I have my issues but they’re really minor compared to how enjoyable the whole show was.

Well done WWE.

Ronda will go to Raw and the Bella Twins back on Smackdown would be my guess

I really enjoyed both rumble matches. Enjoyed the ending with Ronda too. First time in years I’ve not regretted getting up for the rumble.

Watched the men's this morning and it was great.

All up for the women's limelight but stealing Nakamura of his confetti and big ending ruined the moment for me.

Great decisions on the whole though. The right people won.

Both of the royal rumbles were very good.

Just read that Rousey has signed a full time contract which is gonna be interesting as she's money. I think they should pair her up with Heyman as her mic work is pretty weak.

Hit and miss PPV for me.

The pre show nothing caught my fancy much.

The Uso's v Gable and Benjamin was good, liked the 2-0 win. Although it looked like the wrong man was pinned again as the ref pointed out someone was the legal man only to let the other get pinned moments later, unless I just didn't see the tag.

Wrong man again in the Kami v Styles match, AJ Styles is still the best performer by a mile.

The Bar v Jordan and Rollins. Just a filler match for me and another of the same people yet again.
Surprised to see Rollins last so long in the Rumble then do this.

Men's Rumble shouldn't be the mid card match.
Corbin made to look a bit of a joke again, Rusev great pops for him.
Kofi was too predictable.
Jinder looked good, as did Elias.
The wrestlers coming in and taking a shot at Heath Slater were funny.
Hurricane they could have either made him do something or give it to someone that could.
Surprised by Rey Mysterio, although I had heard the rumours I thought he was close to signing for Impact.
Still a decent match however though.

Braun, Kane and Lesnar was just terrible, Worst match of the night.
Braun going through the table himself, although the knee to Lesnar pissed him off which was funny.
Lesnar didn't sell two of Braun's powerslams in succession, just popped straight up after them.

Women's rumble was good despite most of them sitting outside the ring for much of it.
Winner was too predictable, but Ronda coming out wasn't as she was meant to be filming something in another country.
Disappointed by no Stacy Keibler and Nia Jax not going up against Tamina or Awesome Kong. Also Becky going out when she did.
Thought Steph would have entered as I forgot about Trish.
First time I seen Kairi, she was stunning.
Not sure how they'll do future Rumbles as it will get boring seeing all the old school ones coming back in each time.
