People hating him means his doing his job well

And I reckon one of HHH or Taker will retire so they want to make this a good way to say goodbye. The whole "Either the dead man dies or HHH dies trying" suggests one of them won't wrestle again.

It's leading to a loser leaves match, there have been several "subtle" hints, most notably undertakers "if I lose the streak I die, if I don't you die in the process"

So who is retiring?

I don't think Cena was that bad, the crowd was awful though.

The crowd certainly didn't play into the face role the way they're "supposed" to, but it just shows the effect that The Rock is having. There was a substantial portion booing Cena and cheering Miz when he did his thing. When it's split like that the crowd is never going to rock like before, but it did accomplish exactly what the WWE set out to do. Now they've got fans of both generations interested in what's going to happen at Wrestlemania.

I think Heidenreich should return to have a poem-off with Cena.

Diesel appears to have gotten lost backstage somewhere, as he hasn't been seen since the Royal Rumble.

He's on one of those legend's contracts. They get paid a certain amount and are on call for big events but don't have to work the day to day schedule. I wouldn't be surprised if they have something planned for him at Wrestlemania though.

I didn't knew that Austin was a guest star on one of Chuck's episode. Btw it's great that he is back on WWE, really loved his storyline with McMahon in the past(Everyone did tbh)

Not anything recent, But look at the height undertaker takes a guy just before slamming him...

Is it just me or...

is it building up to the title match being a triple threat match, which the Rock wins then loses the title the next Raw, probably to Cena

i was thinking more special referee in the title match as i predicted earlier in the thread.

That way he can layeth the smackdown on both guys during, and lay out the winner during his celebrations.

Yeah I'm leaning towards the special referee line too. I imagine Miz and Cena will start fighting it out on RAW next week, cue the Rock to come in and kick their asses and then to announce that he'll be refereeing.

You don't have to spoiler these btw, it's just speculation and if your right it just makes it easier to gloat afterwards.

That was my initial thought too, but my mind is swaying (although it might just be because I want to see the Rock win the title...)

I think he'll interfere but two special guest referee matches on the same card seems a bit out of the ordinary.

Though what I'd love to see is him working the arena mic during the match and making fun of both wrestlers the entire time. Then when there's a winner I hope he goes into the ring, shakes hands with the winner, offers to do a double people's elbow with the winner to put an exclamation point on the whole thing, off the first rope, off the second rope, meet in the middle, grabs the winner all of a sudden and rock bottoms him into the loser.

I have a wild imagination, but if we're going to speculate, we might as well dream big.

I can completely see him raising a winners hand and rock bottoming the winner should he be the ref, which I can't see happening.

His mic work will no doubt be as excellent as ever.
