Alright! I've got a 970 myself. Coupled with an i5 4590, I should be able to run those mods. Now, if only I can find time to complete Witcher 2 first.
Several people had issues with it, especially if they started their game before a certain patch, I don't remember which one. I'm not aware of a solution, sorryAnyone finding the Wolf School Gear Scavenger hunt is broken?, there's a chest you have to open up in a tower near Kaer Morhen to start it off but it's glitching so isn't opening, I've tried loading previous saves and quitting etc but cant get it to activate.

But I can tell you that the Wolf School set looks really cool. Does that help? Probably not...
If you have the DLC you can get the Viper gear, that looks badass as well. Level 39 requirement, medium armour, huge poison resistance.I know it looks so good I'm probably gonna to stop playing until this is resolved because I think I'm getting near the end and my Griffin gear is starting to get a bit old.. I want my Wolf Gear Dammit!
So the mod turns the brightness up? You could have just done that on your monitor you know?
He looks to me like a Gwent Aficionado.wtf it's just a face/head retexture to make him his hair whiter, skin paler and his eyes bright yellow as opposed to orangey/brown. He looks more corpse like, as he's described in the books. The unmodded version he has what I'd consider a beautiful complexion! Way too beautiful for a mutant!!

Sorry, mate, but "makes face brighter" MOD?
Different swords for different enemies isn't exactly rocket science, it's steel for "normal" enemies like humans, wolves and bears (anything you might run into in real life) and silver for everything else. Besides, Geralt automatically draws the right one anyway. You can safely disregard potions and crafting at the start, although regularly looting crafting and alchemy ingredients will make it easier down the road. Just jump into it like an adventure and worry about stuff as it comes.I still haven't really played much of this - think it feels as though I don't know where to start! I think with the whole levelling thing, potions, different swords for different enemies, crafting, it feels as though I should understand that better before I really get started...which is a catch-22.
That's the worst mod ever
I don't get it. It looks the same to me, with slightly different texture.
I think it's more so that you posted it here as if it's great and "hey look" when in reality it just looks like you've brightened the monitor. That's like saying sweetFX is shit because it slightly changes the aesthetics.
Are you lot thick!? That's the whole point. Paler skin, whiter hair and yellow eyes! That's all the mod is. It's to make him look more like the book version. As opposed to a normal human with grey hair.

You did get a bit defensive when we laughed though. It's the first time I've used mods and I thought it was a cool enhancement, so I posted it. That's it. I didn't make it. There was no "hey look at me guys" to it as you're making out.

it's a shit mod tbf.
The Glorious PC Master Race, I expect. Is it a PS4 mod? I never knew PS4 was able to mod things.
@One Night Only is miffed because he has to make do with a Xbox, couldn't let him get one over on me just cos of that, could sense the envy in his post. And I think it looks great in game so whatevs.
Don't forget the eyes!
I found a deadly mod lads this time, no bullsit, fast travel from anywhere! Don;t cha hate when you're in the middle of nowhere, pull up the map, and a sign post is miles away? Well now it's a thing of the past! : D
On a serious note, you want to be careful with that mod. The game doesn't expect you to fast travel out of certain areas so mission triggers can be missed. On missions, it's safer to leave the area on foot or by horse. It's great when you're hunting down question marks though.Don't forget the eyes!

Is this ever a thing?! Signposts are generally all over the place!
Is that a polite way of telling me I downloaded another shit mod?
Not at all... if anything, I think these mods sound amazing. Especially the first one... thought I'd download it myself and give it a go. Tweaked the settings a bit myself to really add a bit extra to it... really impressed with the results:
Yeah you caught me, just wait till I get my super computer gaming rig in the next couple months and I'll get a mod which makes my games even brighter than your mod!!
So basically you're now also a cheat. You're the worst kind of person. Full brightness and cheating.
