The Trump Presidency - Part 2

Sounds like him alright.
Of course it sounds like him, tragedies don't happen on his watch, it's always someone elses fault, and good things only happen on his watch as well, no one else is allowed to receive any credit

Trump: "'The FAA, which is overseen by Secretary Pete Buttigeig' -- a real winner. Do you know how badly everything has run since he's run the Department of Transportation. He's a disaster ... he's got a good line of bullshit."

Yep, no cognitive issues at all.

Are you not entertained? His first administration was comedy. This one feels exhausting already.

Looks stably geniusy to me.

He was absolutely batshit crazy today…I was listening to him in the car, and at first thought…how has he connected diversity to the plane/helicopter crash…wow

It is just not important that you have a brain and abilities if you are female, gay or colored - it is just important that you are a white stupid male...

This wouldn't have happened if they'd been flying a White Hawk.

Missing the end part where he says 'quiet, go away' and waves his hand at the reporter who just corrected him. The way he does that and then just flat out lies yet again. The press haven't learned a fecking thing and he's ruder than ever. He also looks angrier than ever too

Even after it’s happened umpteen times already, watching him just straight up lie his way out of every difficult question is still unnerving. It’s such a damning indictment of our political systems that a devious prick like this ended up with the job he has. And nobody is able to take him to task for all these lies. It’s insane.

I'm surprised someone even brought up that Trump has been president before, because it seems most people are in denial about it, what with all of the people wanting him to fix things he help break in the first place.

Electorate can't seem to remember, or don't want to remember, things that goes back more than a year or so.

Its like, Trump thinks the trade-deal with Mexico and Canada is awful and wants a new one, well, he was the one who had the last deal renegotiated, but nobody remembers that, for some reason.

62 people were killed today, and all Trump’s interested in doing is politicizing the tragedy. Then when the media question the statements he himself initiated and made to the media, he gets rattled and starts acting as if he’s been treated unfairly. Ironically and almost like a Greek tragedy, Trump doesn’t have the intellectual ability to deal with the scrutiny of the media without an autocue or written script. And tens of millions of Americans voted for this guy, twice..

Feck me, surely the Yanks have got to find better candidates. Let him have a chance at a third turn, and let Obama run against him..

His bile is on another level of depravity when you start to consider this is likely nothing more than an unfortunate accident where the chopper may have brainfarted and thought they were tracking one plane but was mistaken.

He's going out there and basically doing the Charlie Kirk bit about "not getting on a plane with a black pilot". fecking disgusting culture war shit.

When there are better candidates, the voters eliminate them in primaries. Maybe this is what america wants.

WASHINGTON, Jan 30 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump on Thursday said he would soon decide whether to exclude Canadian and Mexican oil imports from the 25% tariffs that he has vowed to impose on Saturday on the countries' products.
"We may or may not. We're going to make that determination probably tonight," Trump said about whether he would impose tariffs on Canadian and Mexican oil. He added that this would partly depend on prices and on whether the two countries "treat us properly."
