I was lying in bed yesterday and couldn't sleep so I decided to check the progress of Hysaj. One thing led to another and I ended up scouting the Serie A for the best risers.

Talking about the cream of the risers mate, barely did 15mins of scouting so I'm sure to have missed some. Even if RS has the same number as you, add the one that Southampton has and it takes the total to 9.
I have none of them. Blame RS
I only have that fluke keeper at most. The remaining 3 are hardly worth mentioning
And @The Stain has the next Verratti. Granted he is in Serie B now, but he will move to better club in summer
Each of them will make you good money.
Oh and RS always scouts and picks the best, no surprises there.

82-rated only fetch for about 2m now, while 85-rated is about 4m. In the past, I managed to get 7m out of 85-rated player

@RedSky I'm not sure how much improvement is this new income for small clubs. Not sure how many Div2 clubs can make a profit if any after a home and away match. On top, now since risers have fixed value increases its quite harder for small clubs to make money. It is still early days, but I really do wonder about sustainability if wages reach 1mill in lower division.
Ye, had to be creative with scouting. Reckon i picked up the best 5 risers from Serie B. 4 are just on loan from Serie A; Roma x 2, Inter & Atalanta. The guy from Atalanta is chased by the top clubs in Serie A.

Was aware of Sanabria but was reluctant to sign for the same reason RS sold him I suspect (I imagine it was the same for everyone because there were around 8/ 9 teams who had shortlisted but never made a bid) him given he wasn't even getting games in pre-season. Looks like it's working out though.

I only have 2!! But I did pick 2 of the best to be fair, although neither are playing now.
I have this horrible feeling that they've ignored giving Ben Mendy a rise... again. He's been stuck on 87 for like 2 years now despite being a first teamer for Marseille. Must... not... rage...
