What is the rating for players out of?
99. Messi and Ronaldo are the highest. Ratings are kinda based on real life, with the "big five" leagues having their ratings reviewed around January and at the end of the season

The main problem with Chelsea at the moment is every club under the sun knows that the RB is a huge weakness, most of the goals come down that channel. Chelsea would be far more secure defensively if they actually bothered to take him out, but Jose thinks he's the best RB in the league (
