meanie
Ye, he came to see me in my office and requested it. Told me you'd been stalking him, sitting with binoculars in the dark outside his house?

Won, decided to sub on Rodriguez for some pointless reason which wouldn't even benefit me and ended up with him being out for the Arsenal game. Congrats Varun

The offers for van Persie

Ipswich Town: Gomez (£11M) + Langerak (£2.6M) = £13.6M
Southampton: £13M
Wolverhampton Wanderers: £12.8M + Moses (£5M) = £17.8M

Sunderland made an offer of £17.5M (£4M + Tevez) but withdrew it after it was accepted.

Easy profit and a top player for a season or so. Surprised more clubs didn't go for him.

Will be valued at £15m for me most likely. Should recoup most back when I do sell but even if he drops another 1 or 2 should be decent for me.

Having said that Sneijder kept his rating pretty well so hopefully he stays fit and tears up Turkey!

Surprising. Thought it'd be more like 17-18mil meaning you sell him on for 21mil or so.

Could be but I don't see it. If it is I'll be laughing all the way to the bank as soon as the ban expires

Damnit.

He'll go up once Negredo goes or once I artificially raise his value with my black magic :p

 Excellent. I went a bit arrow mad on Vidal's debut and it worked! He scored and Mesut had two assists. Lovely.

Problem now is Kompany is suspended for the visit to Craven Cottage...

Quite tight at the bottom with both you and Sunderland winning and Arsenal now being dragged into 19th

Another feckin loss for me. Write-off of a season now. At least this looked like a more deserved loss.

Yeah im missing ribery and juanfran for darlington going to be another change of formation.

Even match but AV took their chances. Liverpool next up, have played them twice already and beat them both times. Hopefully we'll continue that trend..

No offense @Varun but it would be funny as feck to see Arsenal go down preferably taking Chelsea along with them:lol:

I know it would be but bloody hell, it would be tough to keep my sanity if I get relegated. The match engine pisses me off enough but it's playing with you guys and the youth squad that keeps me going.

Btw, it's funny how bad Lahm has been since he moved to the position he's legendary at. Had a superb record when I played him as a left winger of all places

Make him captain, it would be pure madness if qpr were to escape leaving the two of us and Sunderland for the drop.

:drool::drool: The talent up for grabs if this happened :drool::drool:
Do ya really think we would be selling, for me it would be about getting rid of all my money before I go down, so as not to lose it while I would be down there, I'd rather come back up in dept than go down with millions only to see it wither away from lack of income.

There's no way you three could maintain your squads if you went down. Wolves went into £60m debt when they went down and everyone had to be sold. While you're in the red you'll never be able to buy a single player that becomes available and also you'll have no money for buying off concerns. What's more its not guaranteed that you'll come back up straight away if all three of you go down so you'd be taking an even bigger risk doing that. Barney almost didn't make it last season and the only reason he fell over the line is because he built up a massive lead while the division was empty. It's really competitive down there!

Haha, that's a good idea. Captain Lahm now then.

Regarding your scenario, my god. It's scary to even think of it.

Yup, the GW is very competitive atm. Absolutely no guarantee that one comes straight back up, let alone of its 3 top teams that get relegated.
