Gaming The SM RedCafe League

Can someone educate me on how the players' ratings increase and is it at a certain interval? Also I see ratings for certain leagues are updated lot less frequently?

Like TT said, the top five leagues (England, Spain, Germany, France, Italy) are updated most often (and even that isn't that often). Those five leagues should be reviewed before the end of May but we'll see.

first leg score: 3:3 - for Forest to progress, they need to either beat Sevilla or draw while scoring four or more goals

Zenit v MK Dons
first leg score: 3:3 - for MK Dons to progress, they need to either beat Zenit or draw while scoring four or more goals.

SMFA Shield

Blackburn v Everton
first leg score: Everton 3:1 Blackburn - for Everton to progress, the worst they need to do is lose by a goal and for Blackburn to progress they need to either win by three goals or win by two goals while keeping a clean sheet

Udinese v Sunderland
first leg score: 2:2 - for Sunderland to progress, they need to either beat Udinese or draw while scoring three or more goals

Hanover v Arsenal
first leg score: Arsenal 4:2 Hanover - for Arsenal to progress, the worst they need to do is lose by a goal

Lokomotiv Moskva v Man Utd

Focus on 5 main leagues.

Cheers. Dutch and Portuguese dont get updated? :(
Now I see why Damien swapped Son with me for Reyes+Clasie :D Son was anyway unhappy at Villa though and I needed cover in CM position. Clasie's match rating and goal+assist contribution is decent. Reyes I have sent on loan. They are 89 and 87 respectively. Doubt for now they will increase.

Dutch league isn't too bad for players (though I'm still pissed off Rekik is rated 85 despite playing well over 2000 mins of football since last reviewed)... I like Clasie but felt I had to offload Reyes especially as he has been out of favour at Porto as their manager is a moron

They do, but they have an upper limit. You can get risers in there but players wont rise to 90+ unless they get a move. Clasie if he can replicate his form this year(or improve on it) can possibly get a 90 but it will be very hard. Reyes has been barely playing so dont expect him to rise.

I guess I will have to hope Reyes moves then. He is regular in national team, right? Against Bayern, Indi played and I wasn't much impressed by Indi in WC. Haven't seen Reyes play but Indi is not a bar much high?

On other note, Ayoze Perez is doing decently on loan, though in div. 3. 20 games 16 goals and 10 assists. Denayer increased in rating too recently to 83. I am also stuck with Vlaar and Delph whom the game AI bought between the time Levo left and I took over  Not bad players though. Hopefully Grealish will increase in rating too. I need all that otherwise it will be perennial relegation battle. Either that or need to work more on right tactics than randomly selecting something and just checking results :D

@gaz1185 why are you ignoring the rules of the mk2 league or our efforts to make you aware of them?

You've signed 43 players while being transfer banned despite accepting it that you were over the limit earlier on in this thread.

That just says that you don't actually care so If you don't want to play why don't you just leave instead of messing the league up for the rest of us?

You have a good core in courtois, pepe, rafael, turan, gustavo and schneiderlin. With lamela, wilshere, lukaku players who really could step up any time. Plenty to build upon.

Ya some of those guys need to step up. Like Lukaku and Lamela. I dont know how simulation engine works but I guess real world form is a factor too? These guys are 90+ but dont give me matching performances.

 The match engineis a total mystery but no, I dont think real world form is a factor. Just find the right formation/tactics to get the best of your highly rated player. But its still a total gamble at times.

The match engine is a total mess. We both fielded weakened sides yesterday, prioritising the cup final and still cruised to wins.

Hehe. Ya. I was not expecting to win at all yesterday.

Only Forest lost hehe. Must be because their manager is doing the haka, fighting penguins and bungy jumping at the same time in NZ. Or is he home?

The magic of the cup is here! Be there to watch massive underdogs Aston Villa, led by TMH Sherwood in his gilet take on the favourites Manchester United led by @Damien van Gaal.
