Gaming The SM RedCafe League

Sigh, repeat of last season. Come crunch time, my form vanishes. Joe Hart to the rescue for you Varun.

If QPR beat me final day, I will finish 8th. However if Chelsea and Arsenal drop points, I could finish 5th.

Can't really complain, top 4 finish complete, which was my aim pre season.

Yup. I've made up for it by scoring at least one goal in every league match so far this season (97 in total). If I put three against Reading on Thursday, it's a Division 1 record.

Nah, United'll be seen as favourites, but I've always felt like I'd drop points against either QPR or Reading. Dropped all three against QPR so hopefully can get all three vs. Reading.

Qpr are always hard to call. Them, Wolves and West Brom used screw me over all the time. Back when they had managers.

Anyways, top 3 is guaranteed on second look. Spurs inferior GD screws them over. Proud day for the Geordies :)

Blackburn are fecked. With my appalling GD and the fact that I play 2nd placed Newcastle away on the last day, I am going down unless Villa and Boro play out a draw.

They're a lot more fecked than they would have been if you hadn't sent back your Manchester City loanees. What a foolish move that could turn out to be.

However, Manchester City would like to place on record their best wishes to Blackburn Rovers for their upcoming match.

Champions Cup semi final second legs tonight.

Champions Cup SF Leg 2

Manchester City v Chelsea (Chelsea won first leg 1-0)
Manchester United v Bolton Wanderers (United won first leg 2-0)

Results:

Manchester City 4 - 2 Chelsea (Manchester City through 4-3 on aggregate)
Manchester United 1 - 3 Bolton Wanderers (Bolton Wanderers through on away goals)

Christy made a tactical change at half time which won the tie for him.

Great to see Manchester City and Bolton Wanderers flying the flag for the North-West of England in the Champions League.

Fantastic comeback from Bolton at Old Trafford of course but our own comeback has been somewhat overlooked, with 18 minutes of the tie left we were 3-1 down on aggregate and won with 3 goals in 9 minutes, including a last gasp winner from David Silva to stop Chelsea heading through on away goals.

Fulham:

Beat United with my piss poor cup team :D

And totally forgot about the 10k thing amidst all the travelling :(

Ah it was against City, so it was always part of the plan... I won 5-6 on Pens. Go Arsenal!
Feck I fielded my first team too, I'm sure it said I had no fixture. I've now ended up with a injury to Kompany, a ban for Dante and the humiliation of being knocked out on pens.
