Your wages are higher than theirs, my mistake. Forgot to click on full team tab. The stats above didn't include the youth teams too. Will post the updated ones in a minute.
 
IrishLegend, are you just buying crap free agents so you can exchange your back up players and still make the 21 limit?
 
If their young enough (21 or under I think) on their player profile screen it should say 'Squad' or 'Squad Selection' click that and then choose to send them to youth squad.
