I'm a bit strapped for cash and other stuff compared to the teams mentioned there. Got no idea how West Ham are managing to make all those deals in Division 3. I'm not sure you can mate. Once an offer has been accepted nobody else is allowed to bid. By withdrawing your bid, you've ruled yourself out of the Cisse transfer I think,
Correct, once a bid is accepted, you can't withdraw it and make another bid, you could only cancel it.
Yep I knew that, but I forgot that the Cisse bids had already been accepted. Wouldn't have got him anyway so not overly concerned.

I am also baffled by the way some of the big clubs let their best players go and their squads dwindle for swaps - then they bring in a fancy name that is little to no improvement to what they had!

The big clubs are at the the top so they must be doing something right.
