Gaming The SM RedCafe League

Barnetta will be arriving in Derby very shortly. Bit of a risk as he has been injured a lot recently I think, but if he looks like he will be decreasing the the next rating change, I'll just trade him out:) Hopefully Jagielka picks Derby, and then a few more transfers and I'll be happy.

I take it you won't be needing Martinez anymore if Jagielka moves to Pride Park?

It depends on how other transfers go. If Jagielka comes here, he'll be replacing my current first choice CB, so it's just an upgrade. Martinez will still be number 3. He'll be playing in a cup quarter final tomorrow.

Bremen had a crap season. He'll get his chances at Chelsea, think he can kick on from there with the lot that got shifted out. If all else fails I'll swap him out when the next English update happens :D

Anyone know what the parameters for stadium expansion are? I'm doing pretty well in the league and am usually less then a 1,000 seats off full capacity.

AC Milan have offered me £7.2 million for Bonera not bad money for an 30 year old 88 CB... thing is, I wouldn't be able to find anyone to replace him, as I'd only have £5.6 to spend due to debt.

Yeah, just looked through your squad and you'd be a little short. The talent left is drying up quick.

Moving swiftly on..

I'd bite your hand off for that amount for him.

Jagielka is worse than fecking Hazard! Has accepted offers from three different clubs, and is yet to pick one.

Swansea doubling down on their "you can't win anything with kids" strategy.

I cant see this game lasting long enough for my elder players to drop tons in rating, and if I get bored I simply quit the game. Why not think short term and have some fun with it? :D

I pray you bid for him (if it is who I think it is) doesn't get accepted before midnight. I was wanting to bid for them but most my TB's end on the 29th.

Madrid just offered me 21 million for Kaká, which I declined.

Stay away! I've already got all my other transfers hijacked by you lower division types.

:( Cazorla chose Stoke ahead of me, and Rami went to Bolton. FML.

Not to mention Marin going to Newcastle and Arteta going to fecking Coventry.

In the short term, he's a 94-rated player, so yeah.

In the longer term, there's no way in hell he's going to stay at that rating.

Well, since they only update 2-3 times a year. Kaka will stay at that rating till August anyways, if not longer. feck all available in the transfer market too. Alot of players having being snapped up again.

Can a player go down dramatically after an update? Like Kaka from 94 to a more realistic 89?

Well, it depends on his age, form, current club, current club form etc. But if you watch players updating gonig on, good few do drop -5 from time to time. With Kaka if he doesnt feature alot, I'd imagine next update he could go down atleast -2/3.

I think it's highly doubtful he's going to be dropped more than -2. SM ratings tend to be a bit conservative both on the upward swing and the down. I think we're all assuming that it's not just a dip in form, but SM doesn't tend to make those assumptions. I suspect he'll go -1 at the next update, and -1 at the following.
