Anyone done stuff with their tactics yet?

Yup. I have tinkered a good bit and have settled nicely on 2 I need. I have a style in mind for teams I have a chance to beat, and one where I'll have 4 at the back and try counter attack for the teams who have a superior all round ranked starting 11 to my own. My main style is probably possesion based with a fast tempo.

I keep ripping up the tactics I create. Got a few days left I suppose.

Arsenal 3-1 Notts County

Played in 4-3-3 with wingers and rested my best players. Vela scored an hattrick and had rating 10, Walcott with 3 assists.

Arsenal for the title!

Hope Hamsik's condition improves before Sunday, he is only at 65%. Atleast the friendlies dont count towards that.

I think the National Shield winner should be declared Redcafe Champion. They could come from any division, but would also definitely have to beat one of the strongest teams in the Game.

Unless a team does the double. Then that team is Redcafe Champion.

Except for the fact its the Season Opener. Someone move the Shield to the last game of the season

There's the cup and the league cup, with all teams in them.

Yeah but either of those, you can win without playing a top team.

The Shield you have to win something (League or Cup), and then beat a top team (the League winner)

When all of the teams are filled and players brought in, there won't be a notable difference between them all, apart from possibly the teams who've been filled much later and the likes of Darlington, and even they're signing some quality players.

I thought it was everyday

If you schedule friendlies this is how it goes:

Monday: European Cups
Tuesday: National Cups
Wednesday Friendly
Thursday: League
Friday: National Teams WC qualifying
Saturday: Friendly
Sunday: League

Ahhh, such a proud moment to be a Swansea-fan. 4-0 against reigning World Champions Carlisle United, with club captain Joe Allen racking up a perfect 10. Who needs to sign players when my current crop is currently on the road to becoming champions? It doesnt matter that some bastard League 2 side is trying to steal my transfers, with my current bunch I'm able to win it all!

Burrow steered Swansea City to victory against Carlisle United.

Swansea City beat Carlisle United 4 - 0 in their Friendly fixture.

Britton scored a goal and was later voted Man of the Match for his performance.

Allen and Monk were also amongst the goalscorers.

Liverpool better hope that I get some serious injuries before our clash in the season opening!

You scored 4? Is that it? Pfffft... come back when you score 6.

How do transfers work?

Search box in top left hand corner, type in the name of the player/team, go to the page and you can either put a transfer bid or loan bid in for them.

You can't sell if you've got just 21 players in your squad and you can't spend more money than you have.
