I actually tried setting my tactics according to those things, like counter attacking tactics and all, but all i have to say is they don't fecking work. I lose many matches, and because of that im out of the promotion spots. Then i stopped using them and set my own tactics, and 6 games unbeaten streak.

Do they work for you?

No, that's shit. Doesn't even feel like it's your own team when you do that. What's the point in managing a team but taking tactics from somewhere else? All you're doing is just buying and selling players then.

From my experience loan deals tend to have been sorted out in here first, yeah. The loan was advertised in here, so I figured it would be arranged in here.
 
Surely its up to MJJ who he wants to loan it too? You don't need to post in here to express interest, just make an offer. If MJJ went for Preston over Chelsea for an 84 rated player, can you blame him, especially if philip put in the first bid?

I've also said several times that I'm looking for players to loan to bolster my squad until I can buy more squad players... meh.

soccerwiki.org is down for days now ffs. It is much easier searcingh for players on that site than all the pop-up windows on the SM site.

Only bad thing about what you did was trying to discuss the loan deal here when MJJ was a newbie - especially not putting a loan bid in first to be on the safe side. Most of the time loan deals are arranged by discussing in the thread but some aren't.

He is currently the best player at the club, and is having a good season, with 3 goals and 6 assists. HE clearly deserves this award, and Omar was delighted to present it to him. Omar said, " You really have to appreciate the hardwork he has done, and hopefully, more of our players can win more awards which will help us in promotion."

Kagawa will look to continue his good form and his quest to take Blackpool to promotion.

Interesting. The next weeks Division 2 fixtures will be very interesting. A lot of teams in the top 12 are playing eachother.

Yeah, I've got 8th team now, and then the 6th ranked team next. Got loads of work to do if i want to be promoted. Hopefully it'll happen in the end.
 
Leeds' Player of the Month was close. Inzaghi was the star attraction at the beginning of the month, providing the winner in the game against Birmingham City and MOTM, along with scoring the sole goal in the 2-1 loss to Barnsley and scoring and picking up MOTM in the 3-1 win over Portsmouth. Can't forget his goal and MOTM performance in the 1-1 draw against Nottingham Forest either. When he has played he has always given it his all (as can be seen by the ratings).
