I really hope it doesn't go into next year. It's annoying how many apologists there are on the discord who say we voted for it – if the old forums were still around and they mandated that people look at the discussion before voting, I doubt it would have got the majority of votes once spelled out how it needlessly complicates something that is fundamental to the game.

I’ll be surprised if it’s resolved before Christmas as they’re working on another project too.
